Well it is official....i'm addicted to YT


And I am obsessed with my baby Bella. She already has tons of outfits and bows she isnt big enough for yet :p

I'm a stay-at-home mommy, so I have a lot of time for YT ......but the hubby says I never get off the computer. I think he is just jealous! Which he shouldnt be.....clean laundry, home cooked meals, and a clean house. ok, so maybe if I have time for that, Im not as addicted as I think. lol :p

Well, welcome to the club! At over 3,000 posts in only a few months, I can officially say I too am addicted to YT and proud of it. It has helped me through a touch spring and summer and I thank God for all the wonderful members on this site that care about providing good and loving care to their dogs. You will learn so much here that it will humble you. Welcome!

I agree! All of the members are wonderful! I have gotten so much advice and learned so many new things! Its also really neat to see everyone's furkids!

You are going to have a lot of fun and some heartbreak, too, reading and participating in the threads. Some of them are such fun and of course, some of just so sad and heartbreaking. This forum makes us all much better caregivers of our pets - and others pets, too. I pass along everything I learn here to all other petowners I know - and they listen! So glad you joined. :)

Its easy to get addicted, I love YorkieTalk! Callie even gets mad at me for spending time on YorkieTalk sometimes but today she had a busy day playing with Sammy so shes sleeping like crazy.

Tibbe hates YT, too. At first he would try to get between me and the computer or would "talk" to me, grousing and making growling sounds to get my attention. Usually these days he just gets a toy or goes to his bed. If I stay on too long, I find him lying right next to me and wasn't usually even aware he'd moved there or when he did. That is my official Yorkie signal to close the laptop and I usually always do as he doesn't employ that subtle technique unless I have been on over an hour! :):):)

Im a stay at home mommy too. My kids are all older,half have moved out,but wouldnt exactly call my nest empty. 6 dogs and my older kids still just appear.
At first YT was there to help my broken heart heal from my precious Bunkey passing,then everyone was encouraging to help me find my new baby,reminding me to do my homework. Now that I have Mina, the forum helps me feed my shop theropy needs. I have made friends that I have had the honor to meet face to face.
I have groomed and trained dogs for years but have still learned so much here. It has encouraged me to become more involved in animal rights and to consider adoption/fostering. For now I can donate to the "no kill rescues" in my area.
I find the people on this forum passionate about their beliefs and its ok to not agree with each other. I have seen where people have reached out and helped others with their furbabies not only in the way of advice but financially as well.
This is the only forum that I belong to and I will continue to be here in hopes of being able to return back what has been given to me in the way of advice and friendship.
