:aimeeyorkNoah just got his Halloween costume, he will be a Playboy Football Star, he loved it, and does not want to take off the little helmet it came with! What are some other costumes ya'll are using??!

We got Gidget a bumble bee. She loves it. Except she keeps wanting to carry it around when she's not wearing it. We're not really sure why. It's cute, though.

Joey is famous for his spider costume so that's what he'll be this year too!

For those of you new to YT, here's a video!
The costume is easy to make, just buy a spider prop, and velcro it to a hoodie, I used black knee hi's to cover his front legs, and a spider bow tops it all off!

LOVED THE COSTUME AND VIDEO! Though I must say spiders creep me out after being bit by a Brown Recluse years ago. Joey is adorable running around with all those legs!

Nancy, I LOVE that custome!! You did a great job with that! I have never seen a custome so adorable/original and can't wait til husband gets home to show him the video!

Tibbe is going to be a Dallas Cowboy player and even has a football! We are really looking forward to Halloween as maybe by then it will be under 100 degrees here! :)

I will get my Yorkie in a year and i have ALREADY picked out the Yorkies costume for Halloween. Well i havent ordered it or sized it yet
(of course) but i already have the type of costume i want and from what store. The costume is either a pumpkin costume or a cowboy costume ( SO CUTE!! ).

We have so much fun walking down the street with him wearing it, it really looks like a large spider from far away. I'll just say, he's stopped traffic wearing it!

Actually the creative credit goes to another YT member, I wanted to make a spider costume and I couldn't think of what to use for the legs, and she told me she found a spider prop at Walmart that might work. At first, I was going to cut the legs off, but I just used the whole prop velcoed to his hoodie. I had to sew some velcro to his hoodie, and and hot glue some to the bottom of the spider, and that was it! If I were really creative, I'd have a different costume each year!

Do I have to sew the velcro to the hoodie or can I hot glue it on as well? I don't know how to sew:(

Just showed the husband this eve - he LOVED it too! He really liked how his front legs were black and looked like spider legs when Joey walked! :D

Oh sewing is so easy, you don't need a machine to do it. I got the extra wide velcro that is about 2 inches wide. It has to be really sturdy and the hoodie needs to fit snuggly so that the spider doesn't slip all around. They make velcro that has a sticky substance, but you're still suppose to sew it.

Oh thank you, I just took a dollar store pair of black knee hi's and put one on each of his legs and fastened it at the back of his neck with a safety pin, lol, a good mama would have sewed it! :D

Oh my goodness! That spider costume is the cutest thing I've ever seen! I gotta remember this for when we get our Yorkie. It may be next Halloween before I get to celebrate it though. Anyways, this is so cute!

:jacko: Oh I missed the Joey Spider video until now. That is so cute I am smiling from ear to ear. Loved the pee break with the spider legs askew but he prevailed with purpose - and that meeting with the little black dog - coordinated well with the song lyrics I thought!!! Sooooo cute I will be back to watch again and again. Nothing like a darling Yorkie to make your day!!! :jacko:

I went to Pet Costumes: Dog Halloween Costumes and ordered all three girls their costumes. Since I had to order a few other things, I managed to get free shipping. I also saw some cute ones at Family Dollar for $10.

I'm not new to YT but I have never seen this video. I was LITERALLY laughing out loud when the other little dog approached Joey!
