Do your dogs just crack you up sometimes? Had to share and wanted to start a story thread about all the silly things are dogs do to make us laugh. Sadie likes to roll on the floor and make a huge mess of her hair. She went wacko this morning and rolled around like a mad dog and then stopped suddenly for a few seconds and then sneezed loud...i don't know why but it just made me laugh really hard at her silly antics. Now she's barking at Bentley to entice him to play with her more. She has her legs stretched out behind her and is crawling at him and bugging him. She's soooo silly.:p |
Our dogs crack us up all the time. I can't even count the times anymore. Especially Zach our yorkie. He loves to play with your nose when you pick him up. He swats it back and forth, He used to run up on the pool steps and make believe he is going into the pool just to see us run to him, that was until he went a little too far and fell into the pool. During Hurricane Irene he ran onto the deck during the hardest rain. He ran around in circles three times then he went crazy because he was wet he went from bed to bed trying to dry off. Every day he does something crazy. Our other dogs are crazy at times but with Zach it's every day. |
Callie really likes to throw things, she will throw her bones, dump her toy basket and throw the toys around, sometimes her blankets, and she even tries to do it with her cloud 9 bed. She gets pretty good distance when she does throw bones too. She also has a treat stick that if she wants it filled she will bring it to us and drop it in front of us or in our hand or if we are in the kitchen she will continuously drop it to thunk on the floor. She seams to do a lot of silly things that makes us laugh but throwing things is her biggest. When ever she can tell somebody is grumpy, sad or mad she starts throwing things because she knows it makes us laugh. |

Tinker likes to tear paper up. I'll crunch up a piece of paper and throw on the floor. She starts shredding it into a million pieces, and shakes it back and forth like she's killing it. Soon there are little pieces of paper everywhere! Then when I crawl around on the floor picking up all the little pieces, she attacks my hand. |
Ziggy and Toby lol, my dogs make me laugh too. Toby, my 5yld border collie will do this thing where he come up to me, give me kisses, then turn around and stick his butt up to my face and look back at me..lmao! its so cute and just cracks me up.. i cant handle it.. well ziggy, we all know how crazy he is..lol |
Kaos makes me laugh all day long. My favorite thing he does is... I bring like 10 stuffed animals onto the bed, and one by one he walks to the edge of the bed and throws one off. It is hilarious to watch and I have no idea why he does it. :p |

Pixie makes me laugh for the smallest thing. Like sometimes when she goes down the stairs, she growls. So I'll hear rrrr rrrr rrrr rrrr rrrr rrrr all the way down the stairs. This morning, (it was 2 am) I went to the gas station and took her with me. While I was gassing up, she found a moth and attacked it. For the next 5 minutes she hunted, and chased this moth. my stomach hurt I was laughing so hard. |
Ahi likes to throw things too! I thought it was so cute the first time I gave her a pea. She kept tossing it in the air. She does this with just about everything that isn't bigger than her. I also love when she tries to dry herself off after a bath. But the funniest thing is that her favorite thing to dry herself off on is my hubby. Daddy will lay down for her and she goes around and around his head and under his hairy chin to dry off. Cracks me up everytime. :D |
This thread really made me smile! I can just imagine all these Yorkies and their antics! Too cute! |
