hurt puppy Yesterday Macie-Belle got uder my 11 year old daughters feet and got stepped on . It scared me to death. I can't believe how attached we have gotten to this puppy, and so quickly!! She cried like she was going to die and my daughter did too. We rused her to the vet and when we put her down she started running and playing with the vet. She is fine, but I thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown! |
I'm glad your Macie-Belle is alright.....I know how scary this can be....We had to learn rather quickly to do the *yorkie shuffle* around here......;) |
I am so glad Macie-Belle is okay. That must have been scary. I hope your daughter has been able to calm down. |
Glad to here she is ok! :) I know how scary it is if you think they are hurt. |
Yorkie Shuffle is right We've had our new little girl, Gracie, less than 24 hours and we've already begun shuffling - I can see that walking normally is a thing of the past ;) |

I'm surprised my hubby and kids don't say anything to me already...because i'm constantly reminding them to "watch out!...look where you are going." lol I know I sound like a nag myself. But I gotta protect my baby. :p |
The "Yorkie Shuffle"...that's very fitting!! =) |
I am glad Macie-Belle is ok. |

I am so glad that she is ok! That is very scary to go through. It is one of my worst fears. |
yeah, we do the yorkie shuffle, my little guy morgan moves at the speed of lightning/ he is a streak |
A bell is a good idea. She moves so fast, but we are all careful about getting up, walking and opening and closing doors. I think we are as careful now as we were when my daughters were babies. |
For the doors, I learned a little trick. I put Kaji into a sit stay before opening doors. I make sure he's out of the way and won't get hurt, and it helps with the front door too! We had a reminder not too long ago as to why we started the sit stay at the doors. He yelped because I forgot. Kaji likes to leave he bathroom quickly and was hit by the door. :( |
