Sure, tomatoes are good for humans and dogs, just be sure that you don't give a dog green tomatoes or any green part from the tomato plant such as stems. There's an alkaloid in it that’s highly poisonous to dogs. |

I could not keep Baxter out of my heirloom pear tomatoes this year. He loved them! He would leave them until they were ripe, but if I did not beat him to them they were his. He would even pass up cantalope for pear tomatoes. |
