The metal part never broke and doesn't appear to be defective at all. What I think happened is that the d-ring on the harness somehow pushed down on the button on the metal part and it opened it up. I think it was because Teddy was rolling around in the grass and maybe became undone like that. | Oh I get it now. In that case, yeah I could see how rolling around in the grass could do that, whether it be clicked onto the front or the back. Geez now I'm at a loss as to what you should use. Does he usually flip flop around on his back on walks? |
