Funny little Mina
 
I have had so much joy watching Mina grow from a toddler to a little girl. She does something new everyday,but today I just had to share.
She has decided that if Mommy is brushing her teeth,then she is supposed to stand on the counter in front of me and get her teeth brushed too. She will sit on the floor next to me and bark at me until I brush her teeth.

If she needs to go outside to potty,she will run like crazy around my feet and then chase her tail,,then repeat until I can catch her and take her outside.

She is such a funny little person in a fur coat.

I just love reading stories like this.

I am new to the Yorkie breed but boy am I having fun just like you.

I have not managed to get mine to have their teeth brushed yet so clever you training her to let you do that.

My little girl Ruby has clicked on to Joan and the hair dryer.

Of a morning Ruby is sitting on my lap when she hears the hair dryer start up in the bedroom. She immediately gets up on the back of the sofa to look through a window and she will stand there until the hair dryer stops.

Ruby then jumps down and runs to the leash on the hook and will sit staring up at it until Joan arrives to take them both out.

So funny to see them but now you have given me a challenge, must see if I can brush their teeth now.

As part of training for grooming I spend alot of play time touching her feet and massaging her feet,this makes it easier for me to trim them and trim her nails later. I did the same thing with the teeth. I put my fingers in her mouth,touch her teeth and count them,run my finger back and forth on her teeth. I make it a fun game and she doesnt seem to care. She started watching me brush my teeth and I guess that she decided that it was ok.
