Tracking pee My little guy Teddy is pad trained. I have his washable pads in a dog litterbox. I noticed the other day that the carpet has little pee stains where he walks out of the box and steps on the carpet. I do have an old rubber bed pad from when my boys were little underneath the box and about 6" out from the front. I thought this would help, but it doesn't (not to mention it doesn't look too nice). Anyone else have this and know of a solution? TIA :aimeeyork |
I noticed that happening at my house too - I took a washable pee pad and stuck it under the edge of the one she uses. I think its from the dripping on the long hair, so trimmed up her hair in that area and does seem to help. |
Keeping on top of sanitary trims helps minimize any dribbles. ZoE also has a large potty area and usually goes in the middle of it, so she has a few steps before she walks off it. |
Same thing happens, with Riley!! And, then I have caught him a few times with one leg out and the other lifted and going peepee....shooting it in the box....instead of jumping in the box..... a couples times he did it from the side that is a little higher so the peepee hit the side of the box and bounced to right outside of it. He only does that when I am not watching.......!! ?? |
