Steve they are just priceless. I want a puppy so bad but this year has been a financial disaster for me and I don't want to take on any more responsibilty. I guess 5 is enough for now but it doesn't stop me from drooling over yours.

I have lost 5 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks since Caper joined us. He and Basil keep me running, bending, cleaning, taking out, picking up, feeding, seperating, etc. Great way to burn calories. I have lost as much as each one weighs.

My husband has been grumbly over his recent weight gain. I will need to tell him about your diet plan!

You know that's a boy thing rite? The boys like their mama and the girls like their papa. it's the same thing in our house. I'm always being snuggled by Bentley and Mike will be across the room with sadie laying by him. it's just a gender opposites attract at least in doggie world.

I love your boys. i think they remember each other and that's why they are sooo cuddly. plus they are just sweet and cute as buttons.

So it's the *Caper Diet* that is giving you such great results..... very funny.

Didn't you mention they are going to puppy kindergarten soon? That would sure be fun to watch.

They will both be going to Puppy Kindergarten starting Saturday, May 28. Basil gets the go ahead to resume all activities on Fri, May 27. I am sure they will be the hit of the class...as well as the only brothers and the smallest by far.

Do you and Marge both go to the classes, so each of you handles one dog?

Yes, we both go. We both went to basil's 2 classes before he got hurt. So, we will both be there. Most of the time is spent sitting in a large circle on the floor....this way, if there is a brother in law there with weak hands, the pups can't get hurt or the fall is less than 8 inches off their lap. I think I will handle Caper, he is a bit more mellow....but not much.

I know the awesome Spice Boys will make you very proud and graduate with honors. How fun!

I wish I had had such an opportunity with my 4 girls. Their training has been somewhat sporadic over 2 years, with some help from a professional trainer, but certainly not enough follow thru from me;)

I have had a lot of people comment that the Spice Brothers have a very strong resemblence to me.

Caper out weights Basil by 6 oz, but Basil looks heavier as his coat is thicker. To me, they feel the same. They are so much alike and get along great.

That is great. It definitely makes it a bit easier on mom and dad when they get along.

Spice boys is cute... all my pups are names after liquor - and I really don't drink!


In our house the boys stay with me and Remy LOVES her daddy. I keep saying I am going to get another yorkie so I have one... but my luck that yorkie will lover her/his dad too.... so I have my two big boys:D

Amazing how that works. Took them both for a nice walk this morning. I walked Basil, and marge had Caper, but Basil wanted to walk with Marge, so Caper walked with me, but he also wanted to get to Marge.

They love her. They like me.

So what do you call them? The Booze Hounds? :p:D

Actually, I love names like that...I had a foster named Remy Martin. Had a bird named Martini :) My friend did it with her pups: Remy, Martin, and Asti.

I also love the Spice Boys theme. :)
