Pretty Much Certifiable... I was dancing around with Gizmo and singing to him "Once Upon A Dream" from Sleeping Beauty. My DH says I'm certifiable. I told him I sing to all my dogs, and he should know that by now. Anyone else do anything goofy like singing to or dancing with their dogs that "normal" people just don't understand? |
If you're certifiable then so am I. Maybe it's because we're from Michigan :D. I sing to Sophie when we go for walks. I sing to the tune of Waltzing Matilda only it goes.. Walking with Sophie, walking with Sophie, my little Sophie goes walking with me And she wags and she wags and she wags her little tail off when my little Sophie goes walking with me! :p I also sing to her when I bath her and cuddle with her but I make up lyrics to different tunes with her name in them on those occasions. |
I don't sing to Levi unless we are in the car because I am 100% tone deaf. But we do dance...all the time. He likes it for about two minutes before he wiggles and tells me he wants down. :p |
Haha...I guess I am joining this club..lol..Cause my favorite thing to do when I get home, is take my girl out and then pick her up and say "How was your day pookie? Mamma had a bad day, and needs some love..lol.." My husband looks at me and says "what about me?" Ehhh..Foxy comes first ..lol..And yes we sing and dance all the time..lol.. |
Yes I do and Chachi doesnt like it or gets excited I dont know which but he barks at me the whole time I do it |

absolutely, I hope my neighbours know me well enough to know I'm not insane. I do it with Teegy and everyone else's dogs, I've always been that way. I'm a giant goof. My neighbours across the street have a gorgeous little Yorkie Lola, they are a lovely well put together couple but give them a Yorkie and they are on the floor acting like a giant moron too. I'd rather play with someone's dog than their kids. |
