Why are you carrying her around? It would be better for you to leave her to walk around ,my foster dog was carried like that and now she has painful joint problems because she her legs are so weak. |
I think there are things called cuddle sacs(?) that people use for that sort of thing? I'm not sure since I don't use one, but I think I've read about them. Maybe someone with more experience will chime in! I know they make doggie backpacks too if you don't like the cuddle sac style. :D |
How about just letting her walk? |
They sell slings you can buy to carry the dogs around hands free. But make sure the yorkie is getting plenty of time to run around on their own too- it is the best way to build their muscles and keep them healthy. |
I carried Kaji in a baby sling after his neuter. I was able to do the dishes and keep an eye on the little one at the same time. :) |
I have a sling made for dogs and dont really care for it,my dog likes it even less. I use the same sling that I carried my children in. Puppys need lots of exercise, they eat better, bowels move better, pee better, and play better. I do use the sling but only to keep strangers from touching my baby in public or if one of the dogs is ill and I need to see them at all times. |
