Molly's vet visit Well I've learned a little about our Molly. She weighs 8.2 pounds and is about 3. She has some mild skin irritation and really bad teeth...gingivitis and plaque. Next week she will be spaded and a little teeth work done. In 6 months they will do another dental procedure. Everything else is good...I have to give her antibiotics for skin and teeth. I signed up for pet wellness plan at petsmart..vet. All this vet stuff can be costly. What should I expect from the getting her fixed? |
Hi and Welcome to YT! Not sure what you're asking.. but I've reviewed the Petsmart/Banfield Wellness programs for dogs and cats and have discovered they really do not save you anything. My recommendation would be to find a vet with a private practice or clinical setting ie: not connected to a major retail supply chain... one that you can develope a relationship with and will be of more benefit to your pup... Spaying an older dog usually results in them being a better pet, calmer and more focused on you as her owner. There are also some links to topics concerning spaying and surgery in the YT Library.... |
