Your opinions on this original name please... My current yorkie's name is Tetley, as in the tea. I'm adopting another yorkie, a 5 yr old female, next week and her name is Cleo. I'm not big on the name Cleo, I find myself always having to think about it before I say it (doesn't roll off my tongue easily) so I want to change her name once she comes to live with us. I'm all about original names, and I want a name that matches with Tetley's. I came up with the name Pekoe (as in orange pekoe tea). What do you think? Is it cute? Hideous? I kinda think it's fun to say. Am I crazy? |
I think it is cute. I love original names. I also love sticking with themes for your pets (hence both my dogs being named after designers). I think if you want you should switch it. You are also sticking with a name that rhymes with the current name so it will probably help them learn the new name easily. |
What about Twining or Typhoo? (just put the kettle on for a cuppa Tetley before bed..it's my fav. tea :) Tetley....diddle liddle lee. Flavour...tastey as can be. Tetley...makes tea bags...makes tea...diddle liddle liddle lee! I sing it while I'm waiting for the kettle to boil :D |

How 'bout Lipton? |
I think its cute too!!!!!! :D |
I think its super cute! |
Any tea name would be cute in combination! |
If Cleo is already five years old, will she adapt well to a new name? I don't know... But I do think Pekoe would be a cute name. |
I love the name Pekoe. |
I love unusual names and think you have a winner for a name. :) |
