Ruger saved my car!!!!!! I went to the post office today and was tossing some mail into the outside drive-up boxes when Ruger started barking like crazy at the window. Not having a clue as to what was going on I turned around to see what the fuss was about and a car was backing into mine. I leaned on the horn and both the car and Ruger stopped -- the car stopped about an inch from mine. The only thing I can figure is Ruger thought he was going to get run over by the backing car and went nuts. Any other ideas? Good boy. :aimeeyork |
Wow! He's a real hero! Maybe he was being protective of you, stranger getting too close... IDK... but great job Ruger!:D |

Ruger is a little hero!!! If you think back how many times we have heard some version of this story, it is really amazing how often dogs save the day. Sometimes it is in a big, big way like this and sometimes it is just to distract us from a worry track or a little kiss when lonely. One way or another, they are always there for us, trying to help out. Ruger, you deserve a big, juicy treat!!! |
awww yay! yorkies are so smart, so so smart! |
