I hope you don't leave either. I am sure the "TRAIN" response wasn't meant to be cruel, it really wasn't clear of your situation. I am so glad you have found a way to keep your little one safe and if the nurse complains then so be it. Keeping you in my prayers and may God Bless you! |
If you took what I said as rude or cruel, I just don't know what to say to you other than sorry you feel that way. :( I responded to your initial post, and went back after reading your response to me, I see now you later said you had a disabled person in your home, that was all you said about that, and that he didn't do it to you Nothing about your brother in a wheel chair. I asked specifically if you went after your dog, because I missed your second post-sometimes that happens reading through a thread, especially ones with multiple pages. Perhaps you should better explain (or consider giving all details in the OP) so people can respond in a way that will not offend you in your future posts? It's hard to respond to a situation specifically to it's needs, when the information isn't posted specific to the situation. Hope you stick around YT offers a lot of invaluable information... Quote:

Yorkiemomma78 I had no intention of being cruel. If you look at my posts you will see that I never say anything insulting. My "train" remark wasn't meant to hurt for crying outloud. In fact that is why I put it in parentheses to indicate jest. I know how dificult it is to get ppl to get into a habit of doing things. You never said what the disability was and since the door was the issue I thought it must mean a wheelchair or someone going out very slowly and simply meant if you could get the person to call to you your dog could be prevented from running out. I never considered a mentally challenged person would be leaving on his own and you never mentioned a nurse. I apologize for hurting your feelings it certainly was not my intention but I do feel since so much more information was pertinent, you should have posted it. |
If someone can't figure out that they need to put a gate up to protect their baby from running out, then there is a serious issue. She also said that he was gone for over an hour  I'm sorry I just don't get it. As for the person in the wheelchair.. it is of course not his fault that the baby gets out. It is his caregivers fault. She should do something with the dog before she opens the door. It is just common sense... hello??? |
I guess she was more upset than anyone knew. I see she's been banned. Too bad but I think she was overly sensitive to the responses. I saw no signs of crulty, only concern over her situation. |
WOW! I really am sorry, I feel partly responsible but I never said anything to be cruel. I tried to explain why and how I meant what I said and I apologized as soon as I saw what her response was, not sure what else I could have done. |
No one was mean to her. She waited until everyone posted and then went on about her brother in a wheelchair is if people knew that and were making fun. No one is a mind reader...and besides, does that make it ok for a pup to keep getting out? No....just fix the problem. sheesh She has to be banned for a reason. Unless they just clicked the wrong thing when she asked to be removed? |
