very bad boy with a guilty face!!!
 

I had to rush out and pay the water bill today. Good thing I was looking over the bills because we only had till today to pay it. It had to be in by noon! So here I am trying to get all of ready,,, and rushing to get there in time. I go running in and tell the gal in fornt,,, I'm here I'm here please dont turn off our water! She just laughed and tells me, "leave it up to you to wait till the last minute". (she is a friend of mine)

Gus is in his bag, Cherish is in the stroller. Can't take her anywhere without having her straped in! Anyway,,,, we're getting in the van,, so I put Gus down on the front seat, get Cherish out of the stroller and put her in her car seat,,,,, fold up the stroller and put it in the back,,,,, get in the van and start the car. Good thing I looked up!!!!!!!!! There was Gus peeing on the grass. I did one of those double takes looking at his bad and back at him. Cherish must have unzipped one side of his bag and got out when I was putting the stroller away. So I get out to go get him,,, he takes off running! I was so mad at him! I did not want to chase him for fear he would run in the parking lot. This man seen me trying to catch him so he tried to help me. Well Gus was not having that, so he ran in the van right into his bag. Now that we are home he didn't want to get out of the bag. I guess he figured it was safer in the there. He finally came out but he looked so sad and guilty. I couldn't help but to pick him and and love him up. These guys sure can do some damage on your nerves and heart!

yes am a sucker for them as well. Can't be mad too long when they give you that look.

What is it with these yorkie faces? I get so darn mad at Tucker and I yell his name, and he comes slinking around the corner and looks at me....poof the anger is gone and I have to give him kisses. They have quite a racket going. Of course, I've never had a dog so hard to house break, so I'm thinking there is a reason God made them so cute...we'd kill them otherwise!

Those guilty faces are the worst! They can just wrap you around their little paws.

Thank you,,, It's our patio. We are still working on the back yard. Finally got all the deck work done around the pool. Now we are working on landscaping. I'm trying to talk the husband into making a upper deck with a guardrail. There is a good 6 feet between the fence and the retaining wall,,,,, it takes up a lot of our yard. We been here 9 years and got this far we will probable be here another 10 before we are completely done LOL

I LOVE it!! When Ginger is guilty & I call her name, she tucks her tail between her legs & tucks her ears down, & looks up at me with her big brown eyes like "I didn't mean to do it momma!" You gotta love these babies!!! :)

Hahah, this post had me cracking up! It sounds just like something Miko would do. In fact, whenever he gets out and I call him or try to chase him, he just runs the other way. It's hilarious and scary at the same time! He looks like a rabbit hopping all over the yard, and he won't come to me. But Miko gives me a "haha, you can't catch me look" and when I finally do get him he just looks so pleased with himself. He does have the guilty look mastered too though! He uses that on me quite a bit also and I can't help but just give him kisses! Those pics are adorable, by the way!!

He has never ran from me before. It scared the hell out of me! He's always running away from the kids but will always come to me. Little brat!!!

Yes Megan that is our pool. Just built it last year. We always wanted one but waited till the kids got older,,, I now have Cherish and worry so much. I don't have to worry about Gus falling in because he wont go near it after i accidently kick him in while cleaning it. He'll run around chasing the kids but stays away from the sides of the pool. But he sure loves to kick back out there with me. And will go in the pool as long as I'm on a raft

I would be freaked out too - with traffic and all. Wow! I know what you mean. Keekee got into my livivng room pillow today and started to pull out the fiber. When I got on to her - she just looks at us - saying "Me, you mean me? I didn't do anything!" And then you see something white hanging from her chin. See her photo! We took it right away. :D

oooooo...those cute faces...I'm surprised that my pups are potty trained at all....when they go where they shouldn't we try to scold them but they just look at you and cock their little heads and give you that look with the blank stare and i swear mine bat their eyelashes at me....and I just look at them and say """thats ok next time you will do better"" yeah right...next time I will get the same look!!!

aawww..cute pics! When Kelsey gets in trouble for peeing in a place she shouldn't (usually that's why she gets in trouble) i give her this mean look and her ears go back and she goes straight to her day bed that I have in the living room, then I take away all of her toys and she'll lay there for about 5 minutes with the saddest face! It breaks my heart but she knows she was a bad girl. :rolleyes: :p

Gus is BEYOND cute...there is NO WAY that you could be mad at him for long.

But girl, Jagger is a bolter and it scares me senseless when he takes off like that!

LOL!!! Your too funny. Don't let the view fool you. I love looking out back from the kitchen window when waching dinner dishes. The pool has changing color lights and it looks so beautiful out there. BUT it's getting colder and colder out there! The water is about 50 degrees and getting colder. We do use the spa now and then,,,, but when getting out, you have to make a mad dash for the house or you'll freeze.

There is still alot of work to be done to get it where I want it. But we are getting there slowly but surely. Here are some pictures of the pool being built. We have done more work since then with the decking and cement work. No more or grass. The water was killing the grass. And as you can see we did have some landscaping done but again the water killed it. The only things that survived was some palm trees.

Next mission is to build a pool house! Then you can come stay without me worring if your freezing out there in the cold winter months. By that time the landscaping will be all done (I hope)
