What exactally is Nutrical? Any info appreciated! |
It is in a tube like toothpaste and is a dietary supplement for dogs. It is thick and dark and will absorb quickly when used as a treatmeanor preventative for hypoglycema. My dogs prefer the NurtiStat as it smells like cod liver oil..I carry tubes of it all the time. All of my purses have tubes in them. When I need a tube for some reason, I do like we used to do when we needed a little extra change,,just search the purses. I also use it for giving pills..I give the baby a little slurp from the tube and the next slurp has a pill in it. They swallow it down before they know it is there. NutriCal can be bought in some pet stores and at vet's office. I order the NutriStat by the dozen from one of my cataloges..I think Revival.. |
It's a sticky, goopy paste you can feed to dogs/puppies (my cats like it too). It's high in calories and nutrients and helps to ward off hypoglycemia in smaller dogs. I give some to my puppy before bed time each night. (Because she won't be eating for about 8 hours her blood sugar might drop and this helps prevent that). She only gets a little bit each day, maybe a 1/4 teaspoon. Check this out: http://www.drsfostersmith.com/produc...1&N=2001&Nty=1 |
