These little guys sure are determined... So Harley loves to play soccer, he puts one toy in his mouth and then bats a ball around the floor when we're not playing with him. Well he doesn't have the greatest aim and occasionally loses the ball under things. So we're in the living room and I'm playing a video game with the BF. He lost his ball under our TV stand, and well usually he just sits there and cries until one of us gets it.;).. Well I started laughing at him cause he was crying cause he lost his ball (again) and the bf is like, I dunno he's not in the corner... So I get up and the little dork decided to go get the ball himself. The TV stand has a 2.5 inches max gap underneath it, and the gap is only open in the back. Well somehow he crawled under the TV stand to get the ball. It took us about 10 minutes to convince him to crawl back out... thank goodness he was ok, but I honestly didn't think he could crawl under there. And now I know why I leave him in his room when we're not home. :D |
adorable and scary at the same time |
kinda scary |
Yorkies! |
Wow, that sounds like something Couver would do to get to his soccer ball... He is obsessed! How scary though... Good thing he was able to get back on on his own! |
My little Becca is the same way ! I wound up slipping an old cardboard box in the space, where things couldn't be pushed into it, and that prevented her from accessing the space as well. |
They sure keep us on our toes..... just like little kids. |
They seem to be surprisingly flexible when getting under furniture, don't they? |

I blocked the hole off in hopes to prevent future crawlings. |
Lol, oh my gosh! I slightly remember Jackson doing something like that once as a puppy but can't remember. They ARE determined! Little terriers they are. |
My grandmother has a recliner that is stuck in the recline position (after my moms dog was injured she had is soldered in place) it has two teeny tiny slits for the metal part to come out Gatsby loves to crawl into those holes (whitch cant be bigger the 3 inches) and hide under the chair. |

yeah my dad has remote control electric recliner sofas, when his kitten flossy was tiny, she decided to go underneath one when it was down and started crying when she couldnt get out, Millie (my yorkie) who was about 5 months at the time, as she was best friends with the kitten, decided she wanted to try and save flossy and also crawled underneath the sofa before we could stop her. the only way we could get Millie out safely and without raising the sofa chairs (which would crush the puppy and kitten) was to cut some of the stitching on the leather sofa, pull up the cushion and gently drag her out by her little hoodie she was wearing!! such a scary thing to go through!!!:aimeeyork |
Recliners scare me... ALOT! At least with the tv stand it was one solid thing that I knew wouldn't hurt him so long as I didn't move it. |
