I bring some devastating news. Last Monday night my husband was taking the trash to the road and didn't close the gate to the backyard all the way. My big dog saw a cat and started to run for it across the street and both the yorkies followed after her. My husband called for them and both girls turned back but my sweet little Zachy ran off into the backyard of the house across the street. :( We walked, drove and went through all the yards we could access all night until close to 7am. With no luck we couldn\'t find our Zachy poo anywhere. We live right on the outside of the city out in the county and not far, within walking distance is a small highway. I made a very sad discovery around 9am that same morning. My sweet baby has went to heaven :rbyorkie:

Why me God, why me? What did I do to deserve this? I did everything I could to secure my yard so it was safe and that my dogs couldn\'t get out. I baby my dogs and try to keep them safe as possible I feel like I failed my sweet baby boy. I miss him so much and I am felt feeling so broken now and numb.

I know I haven\'t been posting much around here and hate to have to come back with such terrible news. But tonight if you all could, hold your precious babies close and love them, you just never ever know what can happen. This was always a fear of mine and I can\'t believe it came true.



RIP ZACH- you were the most sweetest little dog in the world and I will be forever missing you. Love you always until we meet again. :(
