I was getting ready to go to my volunteer day at the shelter today and when I looked over I saw Nikki snuggled up with Pixie. Nikki the rescue I took in a year ago when his owner had a stroke has always been attached to me. He does not interact with my 3 girls much and has been going after Roxie and Cali lately. He has never gone over to their beds and snuggled up with them until today. Once or twice he has let Pixie lay next to him in his bed which is right next to me. It was so heartwarming to see Pixie and him snuggled up in her bed.

Oh I love it! Sophia is starting to let Peyton snuggle next to her. Warms my heart too!

That is so precious! I love seeing him snuggling with one of his 'sisters.' He knows that you are his home now. :)

That is so sweet. How beautiful they are. My boys don't yet cuddle together but I can't wait for the day that they do.

Ahhhh! Heartwarming indeed! It gave me the warm fuzzies to see the pictures. They look so cozy snuggled up together! I'm glad you had a lift today! What a way to start your day, huh? *HUG*

That's so wonderful! I dream of the day mine will all snuggle...but I have a mixed pack and well schnauzers apparently don't always like to cuddle each other Ive been told...what kind of fur bed is that? We had sheep skins here and well Scoobers "killed" them some more...

I just love when they snuggle. This morning we had another first, Roxie was sleeping in Nikki's bed and Nikki came over and let her stay there and snuggled up to her. It seems all of a sudden he is becoming one of the gang instead of so attached to me.

The beds are cuddle nests by Firefish designs. They love those beds.

So cute! That's a big step for Nikki... maybe he's realizing he has more in common with them than you... becoming more 'dog' and learning it's not so bad! (esp in your house!):D
