Hangin on the couch, and then sporting her lil pony tail..dont think she liked it much though.....need to get her some bows!!

It was so funny! she just got off the couch and shook..and the pony tail went flying across the room!! so i guess we have to try some barrettes!

Also- she figured out she can climb onto the back of the couch!!!!!!! How am I gonna stop that!?!

You're not going to stop it! Is it against a wall? Both of my couches (in different rooms) are in front of windows, so that is where mine always spend time. :)

No, our couches are in the middle of the room. But the last time I caught her up there, I gave a stern Get Down and she layed back on the couch. so maybe after a few tries, she'll get it :)

And as far as not stopping..are you telling me not to stop or saying I CAN'T stop...lol!!

You probably should stop it if they're in the middle of the room. Muffin used to jump onto the top of the recliner and it was in the middle of the room. She was fine, though. She could see out the door while sitting there, so that was the attraction. I'll never forget the sick feeling I had when I first walked into the room and saw her sitting up there like a queen.

She looks precious - she must think she's in heaven in her new home - You'll catch on with the bows - just remember not too tight and not too loose and one day she'll probably love having her hair done -

Mine sleep on the top of my couch when I'm out there all the time - there is no getting them down - they curl up and think they're king of the world...or in my case...Queens.....but ours is against the wall too -

Daisy is a real sweetie. I am glad that things are working out so well!! You've got yourself a "keeper". As far as being on top of the couches, mine love that area. I think it brings makes them feel that they are more on your level and it also gives them a higher ground to see what else is going on around the home front. Thanks for sharing the pics.

Mollie & Wyatt don't get up there as much as Precious my 14 1/2 year old Shih Tzu used to. She doesn't anymore. She has to be carried upstairs because of arthritis. Our's have always been up against the walls, so I never said anything to her. That is where she would lay waiting on me to come home from work.
