yorkie ears diagonal? my potential yorkie's ears are up but are super diagonal instead of vertical. is there a way to train it to go vertical or will it stay diagonally or will it grow out of that phase??? |
|
I'm no expert, but I do not believe that ear set is something that can be corrected. My thoughts? Your little one is adorable. I wouldn't change a thing.:) |
They look great to me, and he is darling! |
3 Attachment(s) I don't think it's anything to worry about...my Tulips ears looked just like that when she was young....eventually they went more vertical!!:D He's PRECIOUS!!! |
Oh my what a gorgeous puppy! I think the ears looked normal...perfect to me. |

and kind of got jealous that her siblings are show dog quality so i guess i wanted mine to be perfect too! i hope coco's ears will go more vertical as she gets older :P |
Absolutely beautiful and NOTHING wrong with her ears. They will straighent up more vertically as she gets older. My Sophie's were like that too. And they curled backwards b/c they breeder kept them shaved so they stand and that made them so light. LOL...she looked funny when I went and picked her up. |
sometimes i wish this was my first yorkie because i feel like ive become so picky and wanting one just like mickey... oi |
The size of the ears and head will change as she grows too. I often see pups ears looking too big for their head, then they grow into them. It would be really hard to get one exactly like your other Yorkie, so learn to love this one for it's unique-ness. You are lucky to have such a beautiful pup, so relax and enjoy.:D |
I think Coco is beautiful! :love::love::love: |
They'll firm up as she gets older, don't worry... Who's that little Cutie in the background !!! :aimeeyork |
I just looked at her website that was on the breeder's pic and oh my, those are some beautiful yorkies on there. |
oops sorry didn't realize the baby was a "she"...it was late last night when I posted!! lol:rolleyes: SHE"S PRECIOUS!!! And like someone else said...NO 2 yorkies are alike...that's what makes this breed so special!! Their unique.... So be prepared for that. Otherwise you will be disappointed. :( |
