Well if you are anything like me, you will need a few puppy sweaters, jackets. :D I would wait with the harness until you pick her up and get her measured. I bought one for Jett, and it might fit him next year. LOL Good luck!!!!!!! The waiting is AWFUL I just went through it a few weeks ago!!! Soon your baby will be home and settling in. Drive safe!!! |
Congrats!! How exciting. It sounds to me like you have everything you need, even the nutrical which many forget! Izzy looks so cute from your avatar picture! Have you puppy-proofed the house? That's my only advice. Make sure all wires, etc. are away and there is nothing the puppy can get into! Good luck to you and enjoy Izzy! :) |
Yay how exciting!!!! Sounds like you are very prepared!! Can't wait to see pics of the little one!!! :D |

ahh. I cant wait to get her home and measured. She is going to have more clothes than me. hehe. |
I wouldnt buy any clothes right now or for awhile. Your pup is going to be tiny and its hard to imposible to find clothes the correct size and also they just grow out of them quickly and its a waste of money. Best of luck with your new little baby. I know my house always seems so special when theres a baby in the house. They just melt your heart |
HAHAHA funny you say that!!!! Bellas wardrobe right now consists of 14 sweaters, 5 jackets, 22 dresses and 3 sweatshirts!! I never did get into jammies though. :D |
Congratulations!! You probably won't get a wink of sleep tonight!! I only had to wait 2 weeks once I chose a breeder and I was an anxious ball of excitement the whole time! I can only imagine 3 mos. The night before we were suppose to meet him to pick her up I barely slept! Good luck and can't wait to see pics!! :) |

Ebay is a great place to find used clothing! Its cheap and you can resell it on ebay for close to what you paid for them. Girls clothes are waaaaaaay easier to find in very small sizes on ebay than boys! |
hehe. Thanks everyone for your thoughts. Ill most def be posting pictures ASAP. Im bringing my camera and my Evo (cell phone) on the ride tomorrow, so TRUST that there will be a lot of pictures taken. :D |
Lots of toys! I forgot how much puppies like to play until I brought Peyton home. He will be 17 weeks tomorrow! So much fun! Can't wait to hear all about it. Waiting was SO hard for me too. Congratulations! |
I can feel your excitement at getting a new puppy. Congratulations! I hope your trip goes well!:) |
Very exciting!! Congratulations!!! |

Congrats!!!! You must be sooooo excited! It sounds like your are really prepared. I do have two suggestions though, but they aren't necessities: 1. Conditioner/Remoisturizer (I didn't think I'd need it, but Rylie's hair ended up WAY nicer with conditioner. They sell Espree remoisturizer at Petco and it is really nice. That is what we use.) 2. A blanket/toy or both that smell like mommy/the breeder's place (If the breeder is willing to part with something like this it would be very comforting to little Izzy. It will make the transition to your house easier and not so scary. Not to mention it will probably make it easier for everyone to get some sleep the first night! The familiarity would be comforting during sleepy time.) That is all I can really think of right now and they aren't really needed. You will figure it all out as you go! Congrats again and enjoy your baby!!!!! We want pics! :D |

A Big Congratulations.... |
Be sure to bring a roll of paper towels and water just in case she gets car sick or has a poo accident. Bring your Nature's Miracle too. Take a little blanket as well. My Razael was 16 weeks and 1 pound 11 ounces when I got her four years ago and I still keep her tiny sweaters I had a lady in NY knit for her. Maybe one day I'll have another little baby. ;) |
Congrats on your new baby. Have a safe trip and take lots of photos. Try to get some sleep tonight because you're gonna need it with a new puppy in the house. If might be your last good night's sleep for awhile. |
Thank you everyone for your compliments and great advice. I'll def be keeping everyone updated and post pics tomorrow. |
Good luck tomorrow. |
Congratulations and best of luck. We just got a new one yesterday. A ball of fire and will keep you moving. |
Woo-Hoo almost home! Yay, can't wait to see lots of pictures of the new little one! Congrats! |
