If tomorrow is like tonight, I am going in for testosterone shots. He is one little typhoon. He will kill me, or make me stronger. |

I honestly believe his is not afraid of Carlo. He goes right up to him. Carlo is ever so gentle with him and Maxine. |

Sounds like Basil is a bundle of spitfire just like my lil' foster:aimeeyorkgirl, Gracie...boy, do I know what you mean about wearing you out!:p I'm picturing a photo shoot of Carlo wearing a T-shirt that says, "I'm the BIG brother" and one for Basil that says, "I'm the lil' Brother" would be hilarious! |
he's a little doll. congratulations. i give it a week, two max, before he's up in Carlo's bowls and has converted the water bowl into his personal jaccuzzi. |
Congratulations to you and your wife! He is totally adorable! Enjoy these puppy months as they go by so quickly....I love everything about puppies...especially the "puppy breath":D. Have fun!:D |
Congratulations, he's adorable! Sounds like you have a little spitfire on your hands! He's going to keep you on your toes! |

Congratulations on the new addition! |
He slept well last night, woke up a few times barking and whining, but went back to sleep. We got him up at 7 am, took him out, and fed him. He eats well. Yes, he will be a handful for sure. We have to watch where we walk so we do nt step on him, and he is wearing a bell. Carlo and Max are really tolerating him well. He is now in his X-Pen in Marge's office as she went to the Health club. He is letting me know he is not real happy about that. |
Congrats to you and your family!!! Basil is a DOLL!!! The next month is going to be very interesting for you, I just went through it w/ my Reesie joining the family. Took about 3 weeks before we could leave Reesie & my older one-Snickers out and about in the house together. They still spat all the time but play also. Snick usually ignores him lol. You and I can share the pain of lack of sleep!!! I'm very happy for you, enjoy every moment b/c time FLIES!!!!!!! :) Viv |
He's soooo cute. It makes me want to have another baby. What am I saying I have Oliver who is a three month old Shih Tzu but yorkie puppies are so cute I want another one. My room mate says 5 dogs are enough. I guess she's right, but looking at Basil puts the bug in my head again. I better get it out. Anyway Congrats on your new baby. |
Congrats on the new puppy. He sure is a cutie! I am glad to hear that all three of your babies are getting along! :) |
Steve, I am so happy for you guys. I know how much you have been wanting a puppy and how impatiently you have been waiting. Basil is a real cutie and you make me want another fur baby!!!!! Have fun my friend! And take lots of pictures for us. I think Basil may be the most anticipated baby this board has experienced in a looooong time! |
