Do your fur babies give you teensy buddy bites? Marcel does the cutest thing, and I was wondering if others' kiddos did it too. Sometimes, when he's laying on his back and getting worshiped by one of us, he'll put his mouth around the tip of one of our fingers really lightly, and he vibrates his mouth in a super tiny, fast way - we just LOVE that. It's just a soft, little vibration thing. We call them buddy bites, and he only hands them out maybe once a month or so, which causes a big stir in the house bc it's such an event. :rolleyes: Neither Wylie or Pfeiffer does this though. Do any of your babies do this? |
Nope. Maybe it's the exchange for have non-frito feet? Ellie nibbles on ears lightly. :) |
Yes! Mia does this when she is all lovey dovey:p She actually prefers to lick constantly (I like little kisses but not to be CLEANED lol) So when she does the love bites I don't mind so much. |

My mom's maltipoo does this every blue moon! We call it grooming because he only does it to your hair. He will just sit there and barely nibble really fast in your hair. LOL |
Max loves holding my finger, or his grandpa's, in his mouth while he has belly rub. He doesn't vibrate, just holds gently. Teddy uses the very front edge of his teeth to gently nibble my finger. He does this to me every morning. When he finishes, it's almost as if he laughs. I love it! |
my son calls it fleaing or that is how she acts like she is doing on his arm and neck she stops after a while she just gives me a bath she will lick non stop for ever some nights that is how i go to sleep her licking my arm or leg |

Sadie learned to "buddy bite" (LOVE THAT) when she finally learned not to really bite our fingers and hands. i took this to mean that she started out wanting to bite and was learning to refrain and giving us that vibration bite to say i'm doing it gently not hard mommy see i love you and i'm a good girl not biting hard. now she'll buddy bite and then lick the finger to say see i love you not hurt you. |
Kaji does love nibbles. :) I just wish he would choose more appropriate body parts. :rolleyes: |

Tucker does it when we pet him, he is usually pretty gentle about it but he has gotten some skin before, and trying to explain to people that the hickey looking mark on my neck came from my dog is not fun.. |
Louis is definetly a nibbler. He will nibble on my head, and arms. He also nibbles on himself. It's almost like a nervous habbit. I am not sure why he does it.:confused: |
