Rizzo says "sorry to all the cold pups" he's shivering in the 40 degrees we have right now...to be fair it is windy and there has been some rain :) |
Thankfully we haven't lost power, so we can stay in doors and keep warm! :) |
Chipper (Yorkie) doesnt like the snow but Wriggly (schnoodle) sure does. |
How cute is that, he's on snow patrol, lol, mines won't go to the window or door. I work in Chicago and they let us leave at 2pm and I had to drive to Sauk village to pick up my dogs from the groomer. It took me 3hrs to get to them and they were so scared. I've been here all my life so I'm use to it, but this was crazy, snow was blowing from everywhere. |
My two have to be carried out to their spots that I removed the snow for them and then carried back in. I tried putting their boots on them and letting them walk in it but poor Roscoe lost his two front boots and just gave up and dropped in the snow. I really wish they would use the pads or something inside but they refuse to do that. The Yorkies and Munchkin have been spending most of their time in bed. It's 1:00 pm and still only 10 degrees, I think the low for tonight is -5. |
Out for a milisecond! Well Bailey was having NONE of it...LOL |

I know! He was like... "I'm not crazy mamma"! He started jumping on my legs to pick him up. I was laughing like crazy! |
OMG, I can't even imagine what Mocha would do with snow. He shivers and buries himself in the covers when temperature gets to the 40's at night (that's cold here in Sunny California). I love the pictures and can't believe your babies can get out without big coat. I just saw our weekend weather forecast, it's going to be 79 :D (okay, okay, don't throw those snow balls at me). Last time we rained for a long time, I bought two pieces of sod for Mocha to go potty without getting wet. My girlfriend in Boston heard and she did the same for her babies. She bought sod and put them in the garage. Just an idea for anyone interested. |

There must be some kind of connection with snow and Biewers because mine absolutely love the snow. I opened their doggie door this morning and they plowed right out onto the deck, down the steps and through piles of fluffy white snow and drifts that filled the patio area! Poor little Peanut was jumping into Megan's tracks and when he got out of them the snow was up to his ears...he was walking with his head high and his nose pointing towards the clouds...he loved it though. Maddie Jo wanted to climb the snow drift to get outside the fence to play with the kids next door that are out making snow angels. We have Oak floors but I don't have to worry about water spots because when they come in and leave little snowballs on the floor they chase them down and eat the snow! Goofy... |
You guys are all going to hate me... I'm doing a little snow dance for NS cause we had classes canceled today (Dalhousie never closes) but today I had no scheduled classes, I'm saying my prayers that we'll get a second storm so that my exam is canceled tomorrow. lol |
