teeth cleaning :aimeeyork :D hello whats the best brand toothpaste for my pup, & how often should u brush your dogs teeth .. my Jessy is 7 months old ... i have her since she was 3 months, i tried cleaning her teeth with a small finger brush, but she was having none of it, so i gave up, i know it was the wrong thing to do, so that's why I'm back looking to see is there any chewy things or anything else that will clean her teeth... I'm still going to buy new toothpaste and use a human baby brush & try all over again., thanks :) |
It definitely takes some time to get them used to it. lol One of my girls will NOT let me. Both my dh and I have to be holding her and still, I can't get her to let me. Luckily, she is a chewer and has beautiful teeth. I use the Nylabones and just toss them when she starts making marks on them. I have also ordered Oral Care Gel - Peppermint - PetzLife Oral Care, Dog Dental Care - PetzLife to start using in addition to the Proden Plaqueoff I currently use. My other girl is getting ready to have her first dental cleaning in Feb. because her back teeth are beginning to look yucky. Hopefully, you will find products both you and your pup can agree on. :p |
