What are her colors?

The breeder I bought my little Mina from did not mark the colors down on the AKC registration paper. I've uploaded a picture of her that I took a few days ago. Can anyone tell me what her colors are? :confused:

I'm thinking Black and Gold, but don't know for sure.
Could be Black and Tan. I tried comparing to Copper's pictures. His ears and face started out the same colors, but after a few months the copper colors have faded to tan. He is listed as Black and Tan on his pedigree. The breeder got it right. :)

i don't know if you can see on her face. she has tiny strands of silver where the picture shows white. I wanted to register her and get some pet insurance for her, but I don't know whether or not I should wait until she's in her full coat to register her.

Truthfully, I think it's best to wait. Yorkie puppies can change colors dramatically when they mature. In my past, I had a friend who had a dark-coated Yorkie puppy. When he matured, he became very silvery. His coat was very light-colored and shimmery.

By the way, your puppy is precious. What a cutie.

I registered Chachi as black and tan because thats what he was as a pup. Hes now blue and tan. It really doesnt matter if the color is different later or it hasnt mattered to me but Id love to hear a breeders view on it

Yip....my Tulip was the same colors as your puppy...when she was young...now she's Totally different! Now she's silver/Gold. I'd wait..if you can.

My girl was black/gold when she was a pup and now she is silvery and black and gold. They do change colors.

most Yorkie's change color by ALOT, so if I were you I would wait. My neighbors have a Yorkie & when I brought Bee home they told me that she wouldnt be black for long, because Angel (their Yorkie) was all black with some tan & now is all "blue" & tan, but Bee is full grown & has her real color & is still almost all black & tan/gold, she has gotten lighter in the face but not much since she was 11 1/2 weeks when I got her

Thank you all so much for your help.

I think I was just a little concerned because I wanted to sign her up with the pet insurance that comes along with the AKC registration. However, I can probably dig around for another insurance company. I'm up for any suggestions.

@MidnightUnicorn: Thank you. I'm so glad to have another addition to my family after searching for a long time.
@Wabbit: I checked out the picture of Tulip when she was a puppy. My Mina looks almost identical to how she looked. Tulip's precious!!

Mina is darling. I would also wait , because they little guys change colors a lot the first couple years. My Suzi is going on 3 , and her coat colors are still changing. She is getting lighter.
