Mine are just crazy when they play they all get so silly makes me smile every day

Just being themselves. Zipp, the old guy, jumping around outside. Zeke and Zoey chasing each other around the houre/yard. Zack just cuddling next to me. Nothing fancy just being "pups".

Sugar found a carrot :eek: :eek: in her food. She took it out of her dish and pushed it waaaaayyyy back in the corner with her nose :D:animal-pa She wasn't gonna eat a VEGETABLE :rolleyes:

This is one memory I will never forget; when Sydney was a puppy, my DH & I were in Petsmart with her, shopping for toys. We had a basket full of things, and I had her in my arms, and as we were were heading up to the check out counter, she snatched a nylon flossy rope off a rack, and held on tight to it.

DH said to me, "Well, I guess she wants that one!" LOL

She looked so cute with the flossy in her tiny little mouth. It was bigger than she was at the time, but she was determined to have it!

And it has always been one of her favorite things.

She used to stand between our ankles when we washed dishes, and shake it back and forth, and oh, did it hurt!!!

Everyone here is settling in with a new dog. We had them all in the bed after everyone was awake. Gypsy decided as the Queen, she had to be petted more than anyone else. She got under my hand and just tipped herself over so I could get to her belly. Whenever I quit she would get up, then do it all over again.

Remy can not stand for one of her brothers to have a toy or chewie. If they have it she wants it!! So she will get in front of them and make a LOT of noises.. (my husband says she is saying "your momma wears army boots in dog lang)... Baily's lip starts to twitch and then when he has enough he goes after her (remy is 3.5 pounds... Baily is 25 pounds) .. but she runs away and circles back and get the toy or chewie. This happens over and over and over... you would think Baily would learn LOL

I never thought I would be so crazy about a dog... but I do love them bunches.
They make my day every day!!!

Scarlett had a toy this morning that Rhett wanted, so he took it. Not one to be out done, she picked up another toy and rolled over on her back playing with it like it was the best toy in the world. As soon as Rhett saw that, he ran up to her and stole the new toy. Seeing her chance, she made a dash, grabbed the first toy and ran with it under the bed where she knows he can't get to her.

Carlo is up yn the bathroom with my wife as she gets ready to go out, and Maxine is here sitting on my lap as I have my legs up on the desk, and she is spread out. It does not get better than that!

another thing mine do they think they are so clever we have lots of snow so their fence is buried I let them out one door. And up over the snow bank they go to the other door. Its like they are really getting away with something. I LOVE MY DOGS

Rizzo and I finally had a decent walk today :) First time ever he didn't bark at a stranger, makes me smile that we're finally making progress.

Louis always makes me smile. There is no way you can be around him and not smile. As I am sitting here reading this, he just jumped into my lap and gave me a kiss! :)

Jamie always makes me laugh. I can be in the worst mood and she cheers me up. Just before, I was cleaning and all of a sudden, a felt a warm tongue on my toes. It was her looking for some attention.

I have been working so hard but patiently with Jackson to help him understand the "value" of human attention. :) This afternoon he was up on the couch almost an arms length away from me but letting me love and pet him. This is his normal place to go when he wants attention from me. It is close but not too close. Well I was enjoying the time and then Jillian jumps up and basically stands over him so that I cannot pet him without petting her :mad:. She bumped my hand with her nose as if to say "now pet me". I gave in for a few pets and she moved and laid down beside me. I could not help but smile at her attitude in it all. Between them SHE wears the pants so to speak.

But then Jackson did something that surprised me. He got up and walked past her and right into my lap. It was like he was showing her that this was HIS time. I immediately went back to loving on him and rubbing his face (which he just melts for). She raised her head up looked at him and jumped down. He went back over to the couch but laid right beside me and put his head on my leg. I was smiling so big and had tears in my eyes because it was such a big thing for him. He lets me cuddle him but I have to initiate it. This was a first and I was so thrilled. :D

It made my day!!!!!

She gets very annoyed with me, if I don't take her for her walk just when she wants to go. I wanted to wait until after lunch, mine, not hers, and she follows me around constantly until we go. She was even laying behind my chair at the table, so I wouldn't get away without her.:rolleyes:

Kacee is undoubtedly Max's soulmate. :D He does the same thing. Even when we go to get the harnesses, he is afraid to take his eyes off of me as if I could disappear. He walks alongside me looking up. I can't make a quick trip to the bathroom, because I might escape. Nevermind that there is only one way in or out of the bathroom. :p

I pulled a muscle in my neck from lifting Anthony and I was in alot of pain with a heating pad laying in bed today.
Pixie crawls under my chin and rolls on her back and starts licking my face it just made my day. She is such a cuddle bug:)

Yes, they have to be soulmates. Did I ever mention that Kacee is an attention hog, too?:D She's spoiled so rotten that no one else would want her.:p

Tallulah always makes me smile. But she has sure surprised me today. I woke up with a rare sinus headache and haven't felt much like doing anything. Even though she's a bundle of energy, she slept on my lap and let me sleep all morning after an abbreviated play period, and right now she's quietly watching TV with us after a very short walk. I wouldn't blame her if she acted up because she isn't getting her usual activity level. Maybe I'll even get another nap this afternoon.

I was woken up by Cali licking my face, a minute later Pixie snuggles herself in between Cali and me. The all of a sudden Roxie (my biggest) leaps on top of both of them and starts kissing my face. Great way to start the day.

Chibi stole some whip cream from a milkshake, he loves to try to drink peoples drinks and it cracks me up. He also stole a large bone from his fur brother, a 65lb lab- the look on the lab's face was priceless, and Chibi's face was full of pure self-satisfaction. Chibi is always doing mischievious (but in an innocent way) things that make me smile. I love him so much!!:D

Harley does the silliest things, I just love when he curls up on my lap. it's a rare occurrence, he doesn't sit still much. Last night we were watching tv, and for a while he just jumped on me and curled up with a toy and slept. I just wish it would last longer. Maybe some day :)

You know I thought of something else yesterday that REALLY made me smile.

I picked him up, brushed his teeth, combed his hair, clipped his nails, and clipped his hair on his paws, and he LET me, didn't really fuss at all. = BIG SMILES :D

I just love the way Hank takes his snacks and runs to the toy box and sits in the middle of all the toys to eat. He is such a clown.

Every moring when it's time to potty, Brandi runs outside, does her little tinkle than runs back in. Well what so cute about this is she knows that after she pottys its breakfast time. She will run top speed to the kitchen and wait impatiently as I get her and the cat's breakfast. It's the only time she does this and she does it every morning. It makes me smile every morning.

Lucy always makes me smile. When I'm handing out treats and make them both sit; she gets so excited that she cannot hardly stay still. Her whole body quivers in anticipation.

I got a kick out of her the other night ~ I had given them both chewies (not their favorite ones). Ringo had his and Lucy took hers in her crate. Ringo then wanted to go outside (naturally) and when I looked over again . . Lucy had both bones in her crate! Ringo wasn't too happy when he came back inside
