Pet clothes hangers - Anyone used these? PPE Pet Supplies is having their year-end clearance. They have small pet hangers for $7.49, regular $13.99, for a set of 8. The hangers are very odd shaped at the top, where it hooks around the rod. I don't know if I should order these. If anyone has used this type of hanger, do they hang on the rod and stay there?? Any suggestions where to go for a good hanger? |
I use childrens' hangers from Walmart. There are two kinds: wire and plastic. Both work just fine...I prefer the wire because they take up less space and I can fit more on the closet pole. I do have dog hangers, but prefer the others. |

I use th baby hangers too. I got mine at the dollar store. They work just fine and cost much less than the pet clothes hangers |
I also use kids hangers- got them in target- I think I got about 10 for $2 or something like that- they had pink and blue- so I got a set of both and it helps to keep the babies clothes separated and organized- blue for Armani, pink for Chloe. Don't know if they still have them, I have had them for awhile- but they are great because they fit on the rod with no problems and they were way cheaper than real pet hangers. The dogs also have a dresser for clothes that won't fit on a hanger or would get ruined by being put on one- as well as all their other accessories. |
Good idea about the plastic drawers for odds and ends. I'll check Walmart and Target today. Thanks loads. I think I need to organize my own closet, too!!:D |
I have both kinds of hangers, but there are some clothes that I have that do not hang well on the baby hangers. These are available if anyone is interested: handsnpaws.com: Bone Hanger for Small Dog Clothes-Three New Sizes |
