Does it say where it was filmed? Town? State If so, maybe contact the state patrol or police in that area? Don't know what they can do, but it's worth a try?

I read some of the comments posted below the video. That's how I knew not to watch it.
Someone figured out that this non-humane being is from Latvia.
Almost every single comment was from a person who was beyind outraged. I hope somehow or another someone finds out who this being is and gets him into therapy or jail.

I watched the beginning and the end of the video... How depressing. I cannot believe that someone would do this and film it :( I was already having a crappy day and this just made me even more sad... I hope this kid is found and charged. People like this should be treated like potential serial killers and kept in jail. Those poor kitties, they did nothing to deserve to die...

Funny (not so much really) you should mention that...it is a proven statistical fact EVERY SINGLE SERIAL KILLER ADMITTED TO ANIMAL ABUSE AS A CHILD or prior to killing a human...abuse wasn't specified to what it meant or weather or not it meant killing of an animal but I read in another study that a certain high percentage of them admitted to killing an animal or animals before people.

I recently relayed that remark to a guy at my son's basketball practice...his seemingly too excitable (I'm being nice in saying "excitable") child tried to run up and pet Elvis, I explained "sorry kid's are not his favorite" as I got between the child and Elvis, the man replied with "well my dogs take all kinds of abuse from my kids and they are used to it" I responded "wow you kids seem very well trained" he almost agreed before it registered with him what I had actually said...it went more down hill after that...

I too could not watch the video I watch the ones that are about a rescue of dog from pup mills etc to give me a feeling of hope from seeing them rescued and the transformation etc...but even after watching those I'm so disturbed I couldn't handle one that doesn't have guaranteed happy ending-even if the ending just the humane end to suffering...at least they had some compassion from people in the end
