New Disney Movie Staring Yorkie!
 
Here's the trailer for Disney's new movie staring Howie, bred by our own Mardelin! It's about time Yorkies have their own film, this movie looks like a winner, and there seems to be plenty of Yorkie time.

That was great. When will the movie be out? Marge and I will certainly go and see it, just for the Dog!

I had Howie & Herbie (they film in pairs in the industry) here Sunday grooming them for a photo shoot. Their trainer is amazing; both are so well trained; I wondered if Howie was truely of my breeding.

No, but, he's coming in for grooming on Sunday for what his trainer says is the Premier, so I'll make sure I'll get one for you. He and his brother will be staying with us during Christmas as their mom and dad are traveling to be with family.....

You did great with his grooming (if you did it for the movie... but either way, if you didn't) he looks GREAT! I love his cut. Totally adorable.

I hope Jackson can be in a movie or a commercial one day, I just think that would be so cool. He's trained well but I wouldn't even know how to get involved in that, and he may be too shy for show biz! But this little took it like a pro!

I did the initial grooming; but since they filmed in Canada and NY, NY their trainer had them groomed every week so that the cut could be maintained.

Howie was purchased purposely for this movie and have worked on other projects. He lives with his trainer, about 5 miles from my house. His owner is an animal trainer that works in training animals for the indutry.

Howie is just a doll! What a cool job. I'd love to be involved in training animals in the movie industry one day, that would be ultimate dream. Very cool! Thanks for the info.

I know they have animal talent agencies but unfortunately the East Coast seems to be lacking in that department. I follow and keep up with JRT Jesse on YouTube and his owner, Heather, and he's gotten roles in commercials and movies, etc. I just think it's such a fun thing.
