Do your yorkies like the snow We had our first accumulating snow today and Chachi loved it he ran and played in it. I took My 10 wk old kittens out but they didnt like it much they cried and ran back to the door but they really havent been outside much before either. My older cats rolled around and played in it. Do your furbabies like the snow? |
Yes, mine do! I was surprised that Peanut liked it so much since he has a thin/silk coat but he had togo out and find the deepest spot to potty this morning even though my husband had already cleared a spot for them. The girls have so much hair that I don't think they even feel the cold so they love to roll and run in the snow...then chase the little snowballs they leave on the floor when they come inside  The weird thing is that they don't like to be outside very long when it's just cold, they stick their heads out the doggie door and back right back in if it's too cold, but you put snow on the ground and they go goofy! |
Nope... She hates it!!!! just about as much as she hates the rain..lol.. It's going to be a long winter :( |
Pixie loves the snow. She runs in it just as if it were the grass. It funny to watch her with her nose all covered with snow. |

Maxman loves the snow; Teddy is indifferent. He does suffer in the cold because he doesn't have the body heat Max has. Last year during our record breaking snows, our neighbors were surprised to see Max having a grand time on his walks while the big dogs stayed inside. :p |
Trinity's first experience with snow was so fun to watch. She kept trying to pick her back legs up, like attempting a handstand! Very funny!!! She gets the zoomies too!!:D |
That is a big NO for Calleigh. She won't go out if it's cold or rainy either. Since we live in New England that makes for a long winter. We have been going to meet-ups. Thank God for them. She does like to ride in the car once it has warmed up. Lol! This works out fine for me since I don't like the cold either. :) |
Sammy doesn't like the snow, cold or wet weather. Just like his Mommy!:D |
yes poppy loves it |
Zhoie loves snow, especially when daddy can make tunnels all over the back yard for her to ran like a crazy girl in. LOL. Mommy, not so much....when she comes in, I have to take the blow dryer to the massive balls hanging from her feet to her belly. LOL. |
Roxy LUVs the snow. When there's enough on the ground, she will stick her face down in it and push through it like she was a snow plow. Cracks me up. I also like to watch her jump at try to catch the flakes coming down like she does when she's trying to catch butterflies. Too cute! |

My guys love it!! We just had a little over 9" inches of the soft fluffy stuff and they run around in it and shovel with their faces, lol. Rozi looks like a little bunny when she hops through it |
Callie loves it even more so when I have her all bundled up nice a warm she well stick her face in it and hop threw it like a yorkie bunny. I cant wait to see my moms rescue and her play in it :D |
Don't know. My girls will probably never see it!! Sunny Florida!!! lol |

Very cute though. :) |
We took Uni to Mt Baldy last Valentines day. We had a lot of snow for CA last year. I brought her Epiks to wear in the snow. Well, a LOT of people had the same idea to go up there for the day and go sledding. Uni was going crazy! So many friends! I don't think she even noticed there was snow on the ground. She was trying to chase the people on the sleds. People were cracking up at her. Her boots stayed on her about 2 mins. Hopefully we can bring her to go see some snow again this season. I think she liked it. |
4 Attachment(s) I think the pictures and video are self-explanatory. :D:) |

I am supposed to go skiing at Seven Springs Mountain Resort in Jan. w/ the fam (mom, stepdad and lil' sister-not the evil stepsister! ;)) and didn't even think to consider pets would be allowed. But I just googled and saw it said something bout pet-friendly rooms, so I wonder if I should take him?? How did Uni do? Quote:
