Here's some pics of Dublin's new little girlfriend Widget. She's 1 year old and half his size, but has already shown him that she's not going to take any of his gruff!!

Oh Sherry, how CUTE! She is very VERY pretty! I couldn't quite catch on to that one thread.....missed something.....did you AND Meagan both get new puppies?

And with Dublin...

I couldn't get them to stand side by side so I manipulated a picture so you can tell better. At a little over 4lbs she seems so tiny and delicate to me that I can't imagine holding one of the really tinies that are out there!!!!

Dublin seems like a giant at 8.5lbs!!!

What a cute pair! How cute. I love having 2. Mine are brother and sister, but there is a big difference in size with mine too. Cricket is 5lbs. and Bubba is 9 lbs.

Megan lives about 20 minutes from me and Sylvan is a couple of hours, so we both played hookie yesterday and went out to pick her up at Sylvan/Stacy's in PA.

I didn't want to leave!!! Stacy has (I'm estimating) about 15 yorkies, 2 labs, a great dane, a cat and a horse!! Didn't get to meet the horse, though, or Megan would still be out there!

I got to hold the softest little week+ baby that still didn't have eyes open yet. So tiny and sweet you could eat them up!!! Then there were the two pudgie little girls she's posted on here that were waddling around all cute and adorable!! Then more Yorkies than I could imagine!

It was HEAVEN!! Sylvan and her family totally ROCK!!!

I am so happy for you! And happy for the Widget. She is definitely a cutie!
I was going to get your Widget but Stacy felt more comfortable with someone who lived closeby. Since then, Stacy helped me choose Ms. Lipstik.

I know the widg would've been just as pampered as can be with you too, but NJ is just in my geographic comfort zone for the wee midget.

Sherry Lynn, I told you she thinks gates are a really fun joke put up for her amusement. Dublin is in for a whirlwind adventure with that little diva.

y'all would've been amazed at how quiet Miss Megan was at my house, it IS sorta overwhelming....but we ROCK! LOLOLOLOL! Welcome to the family!

I tried to explain to Sherry Lynn that she could call her anything since she is so smart she would learn a new name in a NJ minute ( about 30 seconds longer than a NY minute)....but she liked it too.
Widget is her silly puppy name, shortened version of wee-midget. I guess she's stuck with it now.

Whaddid I do??? :confused:

Widget is still being shy and wants to be in my lap - which I love, but she watches Dublin where ever he goes. He still doesn't know what he's in for once she gets comfortable! :p

15 yorkies!!!!!!! Is she a vet or married to one? Otherwise I could not imagine the vet bills. I would never want to leave that house. I could not get enough of the dogs. A friend of mine has 3 yorkies, plus 8 other dogs and a cat.

The vets I have built a great practice over the last 20 years or so and I tease them that my name should be on the new wing. We are probably there at least once a month and they are nice enough to give me a volume discount.
Someday I may get out of the red, but I doubt it.

It is always nice to be home, I know how lucky I am even though it'll never be as tidy as I'd like, it's comfy and the rooms are filled with love ( and way too much stuff!). But the yorkie cuddles make it heaven and getting to meet people like Sherry Lynn and Megan is just more icing on the cake.
mmmmmm, cake, icing, damn, forgot breakfast again.

Joan, I can't begin to tell you - she is the lovin'est little thing you could imagine, but with lots of moxie, too!! (That means spunk, Megan :p )

She's starting to 'get the lay of the land' after a few days of wondering what the heck her mom had committed her to! Moving into a house with 4 dogs that are familiar with each others quirks and habits has to be intimidating for one so small, but she's taken it all into stride and doesn't hesitate to let them know if she doesn't like something!

The whole family is totally enamored with her! I just hope she allows me to continue to be the queen "B"!

I'll post more pics on another thread...
