Ever notice that it takes longer to get your furbabies ready to go out in the snow than it does yourself? lol. Took the babies out for a romp today. Took me about a minute to get ready, but first I had to find Tila's things. Do her hair with a pretty bow, collar with tags, harness, parka, booties, leash. Ten minutes later she's ready. But if you have multiple pups, takes even longer to get them all ready. They had a blast so it was well worth it. Tila did slip on some ice and face planted in some snow, but she's okay. :) She just looked at me, like what the.....She's a hoot. |
So true! My boy runs at the sight of a sweater or jacket. The boots seem to take a long time to get on. Well worth the effort though ... they look so darn cute and they really can't be outside here without their gear on. I just wish I could find something that would cover their bellies better. Mine have little to no hair on their undersides and the way clothes are made to allow for bathroom needs - it can get pretty cold for them! They love the snow though - can't wait until it warms up a bit to take them out! :) |
But it's worth it, isn't it?:D Gotta look pretty to go out. I'll bet they had fun playing in the snow. I'm glad your lil one wasn't hurt when she slipped. I know it scares me when Kacee walks on frozen snow and occasionally when she takes a step and her foot goes through, I am scared she will hurt a leg. |
