I just had to say how much I love YT! I joined back in May, but my time spent here was minimal and when I could get here, I was mostly reading & lurking. Recently I have been able to "play" on the computer more and have done nothing but come here when I can and I'm hooked. I can't even keep up. I find myself bouncing all over the place and feel like I still haven't seen everything or done everything there is to do.
I love what I am reading and learning. I learned so much more than I thought I had known already about breeders, puppymills, and byb. I thought I did everything the right way in researching and getting Opi, and I had this forum first I would have known what to look for...but i know she was meant to be with me anyway. I love reading posts about how everyone's babies came into their lives. I love finding out that I am not the only one who feels like their furbaby is their baby. Or that theirs is the pickiest eater on earth. Or the funny things they do. I like that I can tell my hubby "but i read that so & so does that with theirs too, I'm not the only one" hehehe. I love seeing everyone's pictures. The different stories I have read, they have moved me, some to tears, some to laughing hysterical..which is hard to explain at work. lol
Anyway, I'm so glad I have been able to spend more time here...this site is wonderful.

Isn't it the greatest thing ever! Like Wikipedia on steroids for Yorkies. Limitless info!!!

I have a story for you. Last night Kacee was eating a treat. Afterward, she coughed a little and I could tell she had some crumbs in her throat. I told her to go get a drink of water, because that's what I do when that happens. Of course, being the brilliant yorkie she is, she walked over to her water bowl and got her drink of water.:D:D:D

Glad you came out of "read & lurk" mode. We need all of the input from the terminally addicted that we can get. ;) Seriously, this is a great site. I have learned more about Yorkies here than from any other resource. I have laughed at more dog antics here and cried more tears of sadness over yorkie losses here than I ever imagined. There are some great folks here and some adorable yorkies. Aren't they all? Enjoy and welcome to the wonderful world of Yorkie Madness!
