What has your baby "adopted" that once belonged to you?
 
What did you used to have, that after you got your yorkie it became theirs? I have a little lepord stuffed animal, i've had it since i was 3. it's been in perfect condition all of these years. we get Tucker and now its missing an eye and he's trying to pull off its nose. I always want to take it back, but he's just too darn cute, lol. so do you have anything your yorkie has taken away from you? :p

I had a Teddy bear that my hubby got for my daugther when she was born. My daugther is 4 now. Anyway, Gucci got a hold of it and now the nose and an eye have being chewed off. :rolleyes: Well u guess it now is Gucci's. :)

It seems they have taken just about everything. The couch, the bed, my house.... The one thing was my daughters blankie. They basically trashed it. She was very understanding just like you. We did have to get her another one, which they now share with her.

YES! i went to a science place in 6th grade i bought a monkey for 30 dollars guess what its missing a head and like 2 arms !!
from day one brownie slept with it and hes almost 4 and he looks for it everyniight :D

My running shoes! I was a little upset when I got home one day and my running shoes were all chewed up. Well, at least I got an excuse not to go out running :D

Funny thread Megan....The girls took over my house and my life but I would have it no other way -

The ONE thing I had they really won't give up is a little talking stewardess toy that was a gift to me from a co-worker from the Aircraft Company I worked for - You could plunk it down on a hard surface and it talks.....she says "Bye bye ...Hello ...bye bye ...hello"...and Chanel learned how to THROW her on the floor so her voice activates..... :) oh yes....10 or 15 times in a row is PLENTY of the talking stewardess

my underware!!!! I take them off and before I know it he's chewing on it. he also likes my bras... other then that he's taken over my lap... (he's my little lap dog) and our house. we don't mind at all.

Taylah hasn't taken anything over of mine yet, but my heart.. but that's a given. She did tonight however, rob the little girl I babysit (15 month old) of her binkie! lol Its the cutest thing..--good thing she has like 7 here and won't miss it! :p
Daphne has taken ALOT from us as in items. She took my Dh's watch (he took alot of stuff off of it to make it *baby proof* for her, so now its just like a rubber bandy thingy, but she still loves it -- and she has my stuffed monkey that Dh got me on our 1st date.. haha. Its now known as the humping luv monkey!

Cali has taken all of my slippers. I gave up trying to wear them as she chases my feet until I give them back to her!

sampson likes stuffed animals inwich he steals from my kids and makya like underwear everyones underwear she runs around the yard with it so you will chase her cause thats what i usually do but its kind of funny and embarrising at the same time

My light blue Chenille sweater... Gracie sleeps on it all the time. It was so fuzzy and warm, she slept on it the first night she was at home with us (I put it in her bed), and now where ever it is she sleeps on it.

a few years ago my husband brought me a small pink teddy that played love story when you pressed the tummy yes rosie has it noe minus its nose and eyes she knows that if she bites the body it plays this tune, very sweet until the 100th time lol

Awwwwwwww, I totally know what you mean. My husband & I don't have any kids. I can't have any so they definitely filled the hole in my heart. They are my life. They have taken over pretty much everything in the house but that is fine with us. Can't sit for a minute without all 3 wanting to be on your lap. LOL :love:

my baby tucker has taken EVERYTHING, clothing, shoes you name it.Tucker and my pekingese teddy also own my family's home, they are just kind enough to let us stay there.Seriously if he wants it, it's automatically his, and when you try and retrieve it, he looks at you like "Hey! paws off my things.". It's so funny because thats what my signatue talks about. :p

I agree great thread.Yes Neo has taken over every thing MINE MINE.I have 3 kids so you better belive that he gets his fair share of food,candy,toys,shoes and whatever else he can find.

same here. I guess it is a Yorkie trait to seek out and destroy. LOL! She has also taken over the bed (That is OUR bed) along with her sister (we also have a Papillon) They get right in the middle of us and have most of the middle of the bed, while we have the edges.
