my 2nd sweater, what do you think?
 
My first sweater was way too small. I ended up making my own pattern and here it is. What do you think?

Thanks so much you guys. Cricket looks so good prancing around in her sweater. I would sell them if anyone did want one. I'm working on one for Bubba now. I can still rub Cricket's belly when she's wearing her sweater. She loves getting belly rubs. I have made some bows for her hair, but gave her the day off for those. She spent the day putting on and taking off the sweater. I left the neckline large and the arms large so it's easy to put on and take off.
Now for the boy sweater, this one will have to be much larger since Bubba is twice her size!!
Does anyone else have sweaters they have made? I'd love to see some pictures.

I would like to sell them, but I wouldn't know how much to sell them for. The first one only took 2 hours(the really small one). The second took 4. You guys are great. My neighbor saw Cricket and ooohed and aaahed over her. I'll need to sew a metal clip on it for her leash.

I'm thinking I would want one or 2 or 3 since I have 3 Yorkies 1 girl & 2 boys. But I guess you need to come up with some prices huh?

I think that sweater is super cute. It looks similar to the ones I see that are really expensive in the upscale doggie boutiques. Way to go! :thumbup:

I know how to crochet blankets, is it much harder to do sweaters? I would love to learn it would save me lots of money.
Your sweater turned out beautiful. Chloe would probably have one torn up though bc she is always chewing on my blankets that I crochet

I've seen patterns for knitted sweaters on the net. If you google "crochet patterns for doggie clothes" I'd bet you could find some. :)

That sweater is so pretty and girlish. I just love it. She looks adorable in it. I knew you'd have it down in no time. :p
