How was your Halloween with your cutie? I gave Duncan a treat double the size yesterday as a special treat without trick. He's not really used to it. He still only finished half 1st, then finished the other half hours later... |
Hey! Glad to see you around again. I was missing seeing your cutie avatar! Well, we didn't really hang out with Uni sadly. She stayed at home. Whenever she sees us "getting ready" she pouts and hides in her cubby. But we brought her back some treats! Bread! She loves bahn mi bread. |

Well, we had a little over 100 little goblins to treat. Zhoie went out on the front porch with me & DH to treat, DH hands out the goods, Zhoie and I sat in the porch rocker. From afar she is low growling, but once they get to us...not a sound. It is jsut so funny. :D Hope, everyone had a great Halloween!! |
Max was a little frightened and wouldn't come to the door. Twinkie had to see all the kids and even visited with some of the younger ones. Pam |

Well I put on my Halloween constume (a grim reaper with skull mask) that I use every year to scare the kids at the door. We had three Yorkies last year and now have five (adopted two from a rescue this year) and they had not seen dad dressed up before. Wow! I walked in and Zander started barking barking barking....when I walked to him, he just started growling. Finally I took of the mask and got down on the floor and he warmed back up to me....that is until I put the mask back on. |
Ur account name is awesome, fits u so well as well! I wanna see a photo of in the costume with ur FIVE babies! Plus, its interesting to see a dad here! Quote:

I am noticing that there aren't too many dads on here! |
Well, I didn't dress my baby and we rarely have kids come anymore, so this year I decided to bake some doggie treats. I put a few in some bags and wrote out the recipe on index cards. Attached the card to the bags with black & orange pipe cleaners. When we went for our walk in the afternoon I handed out our treats to all my neighbors with dogs. It was fun to see the surprised faces. Evryone loved it. |

Ours helped us give out candy. We dressed them up and they got alot of attention the kids loved them. Jewels was a witch and Chachi was a firefighter |
Well thank you. I told everyone that I was only giving treats to the 4 legged kids on our street. |
We had a blast! My sister and I took our human kids (8 and 4) trick or treating and Roxie got to tag along! She was soooo well behaved and got so many compliments! She really is a doll! |
Marge had a great time passing out the good stuff. The Dogs tolerated it! I watched Football. |
it was too cold hear to take the dogs out, so they stayed in the nice, warm cozy house while thier 2..2 legged parents and thier 4.. 2 legged siblings froze thier butts off trick or treating..:) |
Hey, is it another dad here? Quote:

The day before halloween, there was a celebration in the local park for the kids with a hay ride, pumpkin patch, rides, characters dressed up etc. My husband took Jamie there and she had a ball. At one pont, the kids saw Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz and Jamie was walking nearby. The kids started yelling "Toto, toto" and wanted a picture with Dorothy and "Toto aka Jamie" My husband said he stayed there with Dorothy for 20 minutes while a number of kids got their pictures taken. So funny. The day of Halloween was a big day for Jamie. Every time the bell rang she got so excited and either ran to the balcony to see who it was or we carried her down the stairs to meet the kids. (jamie doesn't do stairs) She had a great day and we gave out tons of candy! |
It's soooo cute!!! How come she doesn't do stairs, if you don't mind? Quote:

I'm not really sure why she doesn't do stairs. I have never encouraged her and they are somewhat steep. Anyway, I like it that way. This way, when we leave her alone in the house, we close a few doors and she only has a few rooms to roam where I know she will be safe. My previous Yorkie went up these stairs but stopped going down after she had an accident. The pizza man was delivering. She got really excited, ran down the steps, missed one and tumbled into the wall. I always say the soul of my first yorkie in in my second one since they were born on the same day-15 years apart!! So maybe that has something to do with it. |
I dressed Fancy up in her Wonder Woman costume and she went trick or treating with me and the kids. Everyone kept stopping us and wanting to look at her costume more than my kids costumes! Some of the houses were trying to give us dog treats for Fancy since she was in costume too! :p She went trick or treating last year to and wore a bumble bee costume. She will dress up and go every year. She has fun being carried around to every house and everyone making over her! :p |
OMG, poor little thing. I remember Duncan learned to do stairs in a hard way as well. He decided to learn by experiencing it, which got me really heart broken. However he's still doing stairs after he became a big boy. And the thing is, I don't even have like a stair way, nor many doors at my place.. Any way, I do believe it's a reincarnation. Quote:
