OooPs!! today dh and i were playing with the bubbies ( my nickname for manolo and lewie) and we were throwing their puppy kong around and watching lewie go crazy running after it. when i threw it the kong bounced it this unpredictable way and accidently hit manolo by her face near her ear.. ahhh shud of seen her face! lol she was squinting like WTH!? hah oooh my poor baby, not sure if she seems a little sad after that but she's not coming near me. i hope she forgives me. :( |
She'll forgive you. Did you pick her up and tell her you're sorry, with a cuddle and a few kisses thrown in? Always works for me with the dogs! |
I think she's just scared. I would just try to give her treats and she'll come by you. Your her mom and of course she'll forgive her, you always have to forgive your mumma!:aimeeyork |
hah yes she's coming round now. she's a tough lil cookie. but does not go near the kong anymore. maybe i'll get sommore soft cooshie toys. but they love those bouncy effects makes them so eager to catch em. |
If I barely bump Kacee, I have to say "I'm sorry" every single time or she thinks I've done it on purpose. Then I have to pick her up and baby her.:p They are very forgiving for even imagined slights or bumps. |
hah i took her and hugged her after of course and apologized but after that she went into her hiding spot underneath the couch. right now a few hours later she's back near me by my feet. :) dogs always love and forgive. here's a quote that i absolutely love Quote:

I can't tell you how many times Zach was stepped on and screamed his head off. After picking him up and kissing him he was right back under my feet again. He'll forgive but he'll never learn. Dogs will always love you no matter what. |
