Hi Everyone,

I usually don't post, but "lurk" around enjoying the comments. I lost my Yorkie Jazzi in May in a horrible accident.....she died in my husband's arms :( At that moment and the days and weeks after, I didn't think I could ever get another Yorkie or love one as much as I loved her. Recently, she has been on my mind a lot and I love the breed so much that I decided that I wanted another. So......today I picked up a beautiful little girl! Only problem I don't know what to name her. I'm thinking Bailey because she looks like a Bailey. Can you guys help me with finding a name for my baby??

I am so sorry about you other furbaby. That happened to a family friend but it was a cat. She loved that cat so much and it broke her heart into pieces when she passed in her arms. She got a tattoo of the cat so she will never forget. I really like the name Bailey! When and if I get a Yorkie I want to name her Stella, but if she looks like a Bailey and it's in your gut that she looks like a Bailey then that's what I would name her.

Congratulations on your new baby! I love the name Bailey, and I agree, sometimes they just look like a certain name. If she looks like a Bailey, I'd go with it. It's cute. :)

I think Jazzi was sending you a message that it was alright to get your next furbaby! I believe their are often signs that we need to pay attention too!

If you had a feeling you should name her Bailey then go for it! It's such a cute name. Post pictures soon! and enjoy her, I'm sure Jazzi is looking down over all of you and is very happy for you!

I LOVE the name Bailey...I also LOVE Stella..lol...can you imagine yelling for her STELLLLAAAA!! lol...congrats on your new baby.

I am so sorry to hear about JJazzi, that had to be just horrible for you both...{{hugs}}

Hi I'm sorry to hear about Jazzi I had one of my cats die in my arms last winter and due to a large snow storm I couldn't get him to vet. I was freaked out for weeks. To get back on the subject, I love the name Bailey. If and when we get another yorkie we are going to call it Bailey if it's a girl and Oliver if it's a boy.

welcome to YT and I'm so sorry to hear about Jazzi.
Congrats on your new little one. Bailey is a cute name. I had actually considered that one for my new little girl, but since I have a friend's whose daughter has that name, I decided to steer clear of that one. LOL. I think you should go with Bailey. Got any pics?

Hi Rachel! I'm so very sorry you lost your lil one. I think Bailey is a cute name. I was sitting here and trying to think of another and the only other name that comes to mind is Rachel and Riley or Rilee!:p

Well I decided to go with Bailey. She is becoming a diva already! She had to sleep with me last night.....I know bad habit at this age. I called her breeder today to report how diva-ish she is. She was cracking up laughing. I got into a little trouble for the name because my cousin's daughter's name is Bailey, but who told them to name their child Bailey right?? Lol
