I was wondering if anybody on here has purchased a dog from
Jason McDowell from Edinburg Pa? I am intrested in getting a yorkie and just wanted to hear some feed back.

Hi! I googled his name and I wasn't impressed with what I saw:

For instance, he breeds more than one breed. He also advertises his tiny yorkies as teacups and wants more money for them! That would be a red flag to me.

This is his website - puppy mill! Run and don't buy from them! That is my advice.

I would look elsewhere for a breeder. I don't see any health guarantees and this stands out:

You have so many wonderful breeders in the Tr-state area. Check out the YTCA.org breeder referral page. Do your homework. You buy your breeder first, then your puppy.

There are stickies on how to pick out a breeder. Also, some info in the library.

This breeder seems to breed lots of breeds & mixes. When you google him and/or phone number you can find just about anything!
I wouldn't even consider this breeder for a second! :thumbdown:thumbdown

I would suggest to the OP to contact ytca.org for reputable breeders in your area.
