When you get this automatically generated email, you haven't been around for a while. So here is an update on me and the girls.

Romance: Not happening. Remember I had the guy who told me I was going to have a hard time finding someone who would want me with those two little dogs? Well he is gone out of my life. I since found one who loved the girls, but he is gone too, and I am "Alone Again Naturally" (except the girls of course)

However, my daughter, who went off to Japan and left her baby with me to finish raising , is engaged and planning a wedding in Japan.

Health: I'm almost afraid to type this, but Maya's health has improved a lot. Whatever the mystery illness was that lasted for months that her vet could not diagnosis, seems to have worked it's way out of her system. I hope she doesn't get sick again now that I said this.

I went on a good diet (life style change really), I've lost about 17 pounds, cholesterol went from 210 to 174, BP 100/70. Dr. very pleased.

General: The girls and I are getting a bicycle today with a basket on front for the girls and I am looking for a jogging baby stroller so they can go on runs with me.

I'm afraid to type this too....but potty training seems to be solid now, the girls have full run of the house and they know how to let me know they need to go out. Life is good.

Yes that is my daughter's engagement picture. I thought I needed to add that by the "baby" my daughter left me to raise, I meant Mika, her yorkie, not a human baby. I didn't want you all to think my child had abandoned her child. LOL

I got it too! I hadn't been on in almost 4 months.

My Derby is living with Daddy since end of August- as my husband and I are both in school in seperate cities. Due to the train system in my hometown, no dogs aloud so I don't see him often! Last time I saw him was a over a month ago, and he didn't even care to see me. he ran right past me to my husband, even though I was the one who got him all excited and let him out of cage after my husband picked me up from the station. It was a sad day. I miss my Derby.

That has to be tough. Glad you checked back in to. This is one of the best places on the internet.

Ok I forked over the money to get internet at work, so you guys should be hearing more from me.

Nice update -- beautiful engagement picture! They are quite a good looking couple and I love the way they posed so naturally. Congrats on your weight loss and health improvement. I need to follow your lead. Glad to "see" you again!

Ok here is the drill
I started July 18, so I am about 90 in

No fried food...NONE
No processed foods
No red meat
No pork
No sweets except fresh fruit or smoothies made with fresh fruit (no additional sugar)
Whole GRAIN bread only (not whole wheat), and only one slice of that a day with breakfast
No sodas, diet or regular NONE
No artificial sweetners or products that contain any
No coffee, switched to herbal tea (unsweetened instead)
No white rices or pasta, brown rice and whole wheat only.

Exercise//// jogging. walking, biking, weights, only missed about 4 days not exercising since July.

That's what it takes for me, you may not have to work as hard, but I have no metabolism.
