I hope you are a stay at home Mom if you are considering a pup that small. They can be just as healthy but any problem they have (like not eating, or getting stressed) is magnified. You can't leave these dogs alone all day. I have a smaller Yorkie and she is healthy and never had any episodes but I am with her almost 24 hours a day  |

Wow, I have never heard of all you guys who bought tiny babies and ended up being at least 5lbs full grown. My Petey was 1.1 lbs at 9 weeks and he is 1.6lbs now at 16weeks. To think that he could be around 5lbs would be amazing! I figured 3-4 at the most! What did your bables weigh at 16 weeks? Just curious! |

My Jewels was 12 ounces when we brought her home at 8 weeks and she is 5 lbs now. |

Miko weighed somewhere around 1.5 lbs at 13 weeks and he is now 9 lbs. I guess that goes to show you never really know...The chart is only a guide :) |
