I just reported this to our local humane society. They looked it up and it is being stepped up. They were not happy.THey have a mass e-mail list that they will be sending out to get the word out. I pray these guys are caught soon.

Hopefully they get caught. Passing around the video of the girl throwing puppies in the river got her identified. Does anyone have the link to that story.

I have posted the picture on my FB, i know i live across the pond but if people keep posting it, more people will see it and they might get caught!!

Saddens me that two boys could both think that was something to do. If they don't get caught now, I imagine one or both will be arrested for doing something evil to a person before long. That is serial killer pre-activity. :( Poor little puppy.

Absolutely correct. With some of the things kids are taping and showing off, I think it is probably NOT photoshopped, but authentic.

I'd just about bet that their mothers have no idea what these boys are doing and would be shocked. Some sociopaths are born, not raised.

Can you identify them? If so it is your duty to report them to the police. They could be anywhere...not just in CA.What they are doing and laughing about is just despicable.... what kind of mother raises boys like this? Please spread the word.....

That is sadistic. They clearly need to seek professional help. That kind of behavior only gets worse as it progresses, photo shopped or not, even to "photo shop" it is sickening. I live in in California...

That's how i feel too... And if my daughter, she would burst into tears... And it would really ruin her day ( she's only 13 years old ).
