Our First Big Girl Poo We have two sisters (Molly and Maggie) that are about 10 weeks old. As you can imagine, we have been spending lots of time with them and taking "potty" breaks outside. Well tonight, Maggie decides she needs to go potty. She immediately runs to the door and I said, "you need to potty"? She paws on the door and I let her out, she runs to her potty spot and takes her first "poo" outside on her own. After I brought Maggie in, Mollie goes to the door and does the same thing. I let her out and she "pooed" as well. We gave them lots of wonderful praise and lots of kisses. We sure hope this was not a fluke but was a breakthrough in the potty training front. Mommy and daddy are so proud of our girls!! |

It sounds like they totally get it. Want to come over and help with Tallulah next week? |

There is a lot of pride that goes into the moment we see that they are "getting it" and taking their business outside, especialy voluntarily. Great news when you go tthem both asking to go out so early! There may be setbacks, but just seeing them get the idea this early is a huge step in the right direction! Congrats to all 3 of you! My little girl is not asking to go out yet, but she does go every time I take her out. Baby steps.... |

Dang, you are one lucky mama...I don't think Apple starting "getting" it, 'till she was 10 months, letalone 10 wks...She's almost two, now, and has really just started "getting" it, to go to the door, when she needs to go...Up until now, I've been trained, taking her out every 3 or 4 hrs...Good job  |
