What to do about Mabel's head! Mabel has an appointment at the groomers tomorrow. I want her cut in the puppy cut on the body but i'm not quite sure i know what i want the head should look like. Can ya'll send me some various haircuts for yorkies!:) Thanks in an advance:) |
A cute look is either a modified schnauzer or westie head cut. Both leave a bit of a beard but not so long. You will have to decide how you want the ears trimmed. Yorkie style with just the tips shaved, ears all shaved as many have. So many choices but very personal too. Good luck. |
We want to see a pic of Mabel in her new hairstyle :) Peggy, Monkey & Maddie :daisy: |
Poor hairless critter! Well, Mabel got her "doo" today. I am sorry to say she looks like a skinned rat! I told the groomer that i wanted a "puppy cut all over her body and a round face. They called me twice to ask me how short i wanted it and i said both times 1-2 inches all over. I get there and she is shaved! Her bum is totaly exposed(she looks ashamed!) And they tipped her ears. I took my mom's poodle also and she looks gorgeous!(Poor Mabel, not so much!) I don't blame the groomer, i should have said longer! Live & learn! At least she won't need another hair cut for a long,Long,LOOONNNG time! She smells good tho! poor critter! |
I am sure she still looks cute. Lets see a picture of her new doo. |
Mabel does not look as bad as i first thought. She's short but she's still cute, still looks like a yorkie and i know she must feel better! Now she won't be dragging in every leaf, bramble and twig! My camera is broken so i can't get a pic of her first "doo"(and a "don't" at the same time!) She's still hiding under the bed...Poor thing she's had a trauma!! I have to go tomorrow and get her a sweater... I know retail therapy always makes me, um, I mean HER feel better! Okay i'll go shopping and give her a pig ear! Wi win situation if you ask me! LOL !! |
Shopping seems to help everything. LOL:D |
