My Little monkey scared the life out of me Daisy Thinks she is a big dog.lol She took a big jump off the couch and flipped mid air(not sure how she manged that) and landed on her back. OH my she kinda just lied still, and I was freaking . Called my husband (he was on his way to work), bawling, he came home , called the vet bawling asking if i should bring her in. Missy starts running around. Up and down stairs, I am still bawling Dr B says what is she doing know . Me running around embarrassed like.lol Him keep me posted but from the sounds of it she seems ok. Hubby comes in Umm she's ok I see. :blush08: Thank God she is ok. I still am very teary. Just as bad as a kid . I love her so much .. We are just sitting here cuddling . So how was your morning so far. |
Wow -- scary. After hearing some horror stories here, I can understand how that would completely freak you out. Glad to hear she seems ok. I may have to get rid of all the chairs, sofas, and beds, and sleep/sit on the floor just to avoid this... |
Bless your heart. I'm so glad she's doing ok. They can scare you so badly. Last week one morning, when it wasn't totally light yet and Kacee had already pottied, she was sitting in my lap. She suddenly jumped out of my lap, ran across her yard at jet speed and ran right into her fence! Scared the living daylight out of me! Even though I didn't see what she saw, I know! There's a baby bunny that has been hiding in my mums in her yard and I'm sure she saw him run out of the yard and she forgot about her fence! Anyway, she's ok. Thank goodness. It startled her and scared me to death, but she's amazingly no worse for the wear! |
I know she has recovered, but how about you?:) |
uugghhh mine do things like this and scare the crap out of me!! No matter what I try with my Fletcher he is determined to jump from all heights! I tried to teach him a million times to not jump off the back of the couch, I would teach him how to come down to the front and then jump down but he would not do that. I tried to put stairs and pillows on the floor but nothing worked, he avoided the pillows, refused the stairs and always jumped off the back of the couch. I had to give up and pray constantly that he didn't hurt himself or worse. So far so good (knocks on wood!). Luckily he is a bigger boy (13lbs now) so he's a lot less fragile than my 6lber who DOES NOT jump like that thankfully! :) |

Ugh sounds scary. I wont let Poppy up on the couch as she is so small and would hurt herself. She can come up if i pick her up to cuddle but she wont be allowed up on her own free will incase things like this happen. I am glad she is ok... and your self sounds like you had a big shock. Big hugs xxx |
