Hi and welcome. What a truly touching story. The pics were beautiful. I am a 5 year Survivor and always love to hear of other survival stories. Remember to alway keep fighting.

wow...16.5 years......God must have known you needed Hercules more than He did. congrats on the new addition...maybe Hercules sent him to you....

I dont even know how to begin this, I am so happy that you have been brave enought to battele with cancer. And welcome to YT. I am fairly new to it as well, and i love it too. Everyone is so nice and caring...it is almost like a family. Whenever I need to ask asything I come here first. I am glad that your little new guy has fill your life up again. :)

What a blessing your story was!! It brought back some memories.... I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma when I was 20. I, too, had a yorkie that went through treatments with me and as you already know.... was a HUGE comfort on many many days. That little dog lifted my spirits so much and I don't know what I would have done without her!!!
I am so glad to hear your story and thanks for sharing!! You look GREAT in the picture, by the way --- so full of life!!!

Wow....your story was one of the most touching I heard on here. Your babies are both beautiful. I am also going through a difficult time with some health issues and you have inspired me greatly! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! :thumbup:

First of all I want to thank all of you for the wonderful posts, you will never know how much they ALL mean to me. Second for those who HAVE and ARE going through difficult times, hang in there and keep the faith. Good does come out of bad sometimes. My illness really opened up my eyes to enjoy the simple things in life and to appreciate what I did have and what I do have now. I thank the good Lord for letting me have Hercules for all those years, and for sending me such a beautiful baby to love on now. I truly am blessed, I have a second chance at life and I am never going to complain about things again. You are all in my prayers. Aren't those Yorkie kisses the best medicine ever? :aimeeyork

:animal36 I am so happy to hear that you had your beloved one next to you through your rough times. I am sure you will pull through and that you baby is still watching over you from above. I also like the fact that you gave yourself a chance with another baby and that this new puppy has brought joy again to you. :thumbup:

What a beautiful story! It's stories like these that really lead me to believe that our pets are a lot smarter than they're given credit for. I'm sure Hercules knew you needed him and wanted to see you get through your treatment safely before passing on. I'm glad to hear that you're doing better, and glad that you found YT.

Harleys mom - When we feel life is too much.... I think we ALL should read your post - Way to go BEATING the awful cancer and I am so sorry about your Hercules -

He sounded like an angel before he went to Rainbow Bridge....and now he really is an angel watching over you and your new darling...16 years is a good long time and I agree - you were blessed and it sounds like he was with you for a purpose.....

What a great story and congratulations on your new puppy - that was just awesome to read & your pictures were wonderful

Your story is so touching! I'm am so glad that your new pup Harley has been able to heal your wounds after losing your dear Hercules. These little furbabies really have a way of making things work out and keeping the sun shining no matter how tough times get. God has chosen and hand picked each and every one of us to be blessed w/ these little joys we call yorkies! Remember, God is dog spelled backwards!
