Kennel Cough? I recently rescued my little "Toby" and he has become my little baby...I love him so much! When I first got him I was told by the foster mom that he had kennel cough and was treated with antibiotics. When I got him home he started this wheezing sound, especially when he was excited. It doesn't really sound like a cough though...more like asthma. Sometimes it will linger for quite sometime and it worries me. If I get him to calm down it will stop. Think I will take him back again to the vet...it scares me when he does this for very long. Someone told me they knew a dog that did that too....does this breed do this? Any ideas here what it might be? I can now understand why everyone loves their yorkie...I've found the perfect dog!! |

Try rubbing his throat when he does it . This could be CT so I would deff have him checked out by your vet. Also if he had kennel cough it could still be lingering. |
I learned a few things from this! The flour to stop the bleeding was so interesting to me! Quote:
